空調額外收費10歐一晚，衛生一般，沒有清洗。

The hotel cancelled our booking with barely 24 hours notice because of “broken door”. How to know what to make of this, but I’ve never come across anything like it before and it was obviously inconvenient given that this was a lot of planned trip.

Unacceptable Experience - Avoid Hotel Askania at All Costs My recent stay at Hotel Askania in Prague was an absolute nightmare, and I strongly advise against staying here, especially if you are traveling with family. Firstly, the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional: the personnel at the hotel is not qualified to handle guests' needs. During my stay, I noticed that my personal belongings in the room had been touched and moved. This kind of behavior is shocking and entirely unacceptable. The quality of the food does not meet acceptable standards. For example, the fruits were rotten, and the choice was very limited. Furthermore, the staff exhibited extremely rude behavior, making the stay even more unpleasant. The smell of old carpet was masked by a very cheap deodorant, which only made it worse. Additionally, the hotel appears to be engaged in illegal activities. There are serious concerns about the legitimacy of their operations, including their dealings with the taxi service, which insisted on cash payments and refused to provide receipts. This raises red flags about potential under-the-table transactions. The hotel environment feels unsafe, particularly for families. The behavior of the staff and the questionable activities associated with the hotel make it a hazardous place to stay. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Hotel Askania. There are plenty of better, safer, and more professional accommodations in Prague.

- very old smelling furniture - the carpet floor is not so bright as in photos - the rooms are much smaller than in photos - rude manager - the staff doesn't speak English - unfresh bread - bad location, noise at night, bad view - black mould in the bathroom - very expensive pool (20 euro/1hour/1 person)

Breakfast was very good, wide options. Staff very productive,continuously checking and refilling. Cozy room, king size bad very comfy,but sofa bad was uncomfortable- hard to sleep on. Toilet clean and tidy with all amenities

Lovely Hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. 2 minute walk to tram stop and from there its 5 or so minutes into Prague City Centre. All the staff were so chatty and helpful. Shops within the area were extremely unhelpful, but the local bars and restaurants were extremely friendly and helpful Breakfast was always nice, eggs, sausages, and a full continental range. Reason hotel wasn't given 5, was because there was a lovely swimming pool, which you have to pay 20 euros an hour for. Granted that was for your whole party, but as I never saw anyone in ot, I wasn't prepared to pay 20 euros as a solo traveller, and this, in my opinion should be looked at

We came here for 4 nights and had a lovely stay. Room was clean and tidy, wifi worked well and shower worked well. Breakfast was very good, hot and cold food. Reception spoke excellent english. Will stay again.

First arrived and the staff barely understood english, they gave us the wrong room (huge downgrade) and as compensation we had an hour in the “wellness Center” which it’s actually just a sauna and a pool, it was not explained that it was just once for the entire room so only 1 person got this… 1 of the 4 grown men we now have squashed into a small room! There was a air conditioning unit in the room with an on button on the box, which we turned on; it’s the middle of summer. Without warning about 3 minutes later an angry man comes to the door demanding we pay 10 euros for it, after a lot of back and forth we agreed we would pay, upon going to pay we actually got charged 50 Pounds! When we complained the woman (who was also rude to us) said that she was afraid of her manager and will not refund it. As a side note the beer and refreshments are way too expensive and the fridge in the room overheats so nothing cools down When we went to leave the hotel (finally) we got ganged up on by all the workers there demanding we pay for things that were already broken and untouched by us and after getting aggressively accused of breaking the fan ( there was a small chip on the blade.. inside the cover), the curtains (which Were also never properly up), and for a killed plant!! We were forced to pay £240 for “damages”. After this blatant con! One of our bags was held hostage behind the desk and they would not let us leave until they had finished trying to get money out of us, the male staff member even had the cheek to try and get us to leave a £50 tip for the staff!! (He was very aggressive about the way he asked as well, demanding not asking). Worst place I’ve ever been too, besides from the poor treatment and being scammed £300, the place was dingy and just not a pleasant atmosphere; the pictures lie. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was one redheaded staff member who was surprisingly very helpful and kind. usually working the night shift.
