The room was not ready at 3pm and no efforts were made by the staff. That being said, the room was in a good location and the breakfast was great.

The hotel reception staff were very good, our bedroom curtains were continuously closed as there was no view.  Breakfast was frenetic as it was so busy and there wasn’t enough tables  The location was good

The Hotel is very close to Charles Bridge. It is convenient to travel. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly. If I have a chance to visit Prague again, I will come back to stay here.
