It was a nice stay there. Good location, pretty much everywhere is in walking distance. Good service. Clean. One thing that was a little bit problem was that the hot water stopped in the second night during the second shower. The hot water came back in the next morning. Forgot to ask why before we left.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and the services offered were excellent. Everyone was nice and available at any time to help us. When we arrived they gave us a map of the city and a list of restaurants, plus buses timetables when we asked. Breakfast was delicious and the variety of foods offered was great. It is about 10 mins from the river and from one of the yellow subway stops. Definitely recommend.

What a pleasant surprise. A few years ago I stayed up the road from this hotel and had no idea that hidden behind the great big door was Czech design heaven...well if you like pretty bright objects, vintage toys and design classics. The front desk is very welcoming, you then get in the lift, to the assigned floor and into your room. Boom. Psychedelic wallpaper, 60's lamps, huge windows...I had a sitting room as well as the bedroom. I opened the windows wide and let the sights and sounds of Prague flow in. My friend was on the top floor and had two little balconettes! Perfect for a beer overlooking the roofs. Breakfast is just as relaxing...though later than you normally see. My only gripe, and you see this as a recurring issue for me...the pillows were too soft...like big fluffy pillows... But I will be back.

The placement of the hotel is fantastic, and what attracted us to it in the first place. Access to the Metro is not far, and there are plenty of restaurants, shops, ATMs, and even pharmacies nearby. The hotel itself was a little underwhelming. I did expect it to be a little more modern inside the rooms, but sadly, it wasn't the case. Whilst the overall cleanliness was acceptable, there were various stains throughout the room, most notably on the shower wall where the black tiles had white stains down the wall. Not long after our arrival I attempted to take a shower and within a couple of minutes my husband was shouting to turn off the water as I hadn't noticed it was flooding into our room near our beds; right across the carpet. The drain was not draining at all, and upon inspection, we found it was completely clogged with hair. My husband reported this immediately to reception, who said they would send someone soon to look at it. Over an hour later and nobody had arrived, and we wanted to leave to have something to eat. We mentioned it again to the reception on the way out. The receptionist informed us that somebody probably couldn't come to fix it until the next day or even the day after (our last day). My husband said if it wasn't fixed in the morning, we would need another room as being unable to use the shower(the only washing facility) was not ideal for a 3 night stay. Upon returning to the hotel around 7pm, we requested an additional pillow as I had a bad cold and I wasnt able to sleep without extra support. We were informed that we could not have one until the following day as they did not have access to the pillows. This, I found to be very unusual, especially having worked in hotels myself for many years. The next day, late morning, man did arrive to fix it with drain cleaner, and we had no further issues. There was sadly, a very annoying facility in our room, which was a sensor light in front of our door which would go upon any movement to the toilet. It was a very bright light and would disturb everyone in the room if anyone needed the toilet during the night, and funnily enough, it didn't stay on long enough when you needed it to. We could not find a manual switch for it. Due to illness, I did not partake in the breakfast for the first two mornings, but I did have it on our final morning there. It was very average and I found to be quite expensive for what was on offer, even for Prague. Some dishes were unusual, even for my Czech husband. Due to the high prices in hotels in Prague, I feel that generally, the issues were small, and we did overcome them. As I was unwell, I did stay in the room longer than intended, and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. I believe lined curtains would be a welcome addition for weary travellers as the sun really shone bright into our room in the early mornings. As the hotel did not have a restaurant or bar and served a pretty average breakfast, I would most probably look for a different hotel

酒店是比較舊，但是房間比較大，價格也很實惠，就是洗澡的空間有點狹窄，整體還是不錯，晚上睡覺也比較安靜，可能因為在郊區，交通還比較方便，出門就可以搭電車或者地鐵，所以去機場也比較方便。 而且酒店的人不會亂動你的東西，放在桌上的垃圾也不隨便丟。 但在最後一天，我還在收拾東西的時候，大概八九點，突然有幾個人在門口說話，然後就刷卡進來了，嚇我一跳，不知道是為什麼？但是她也馬上退出去了

Stayed here for three nights in March, 2023. Truth-in-advertising ... we are big fans of Accor properties and stay with them whenever possible. That said, we hold them to a higher expectation. And the Old Town MGallery definitely held up to our expectations. Prior to the trip, they were very responsive to our inquiries for assistance with planning. Our room was, by European standards, quite large and the bed have a very nice sleep (something important to us as I have a bad back that can be sensitive to bad beds. The only downside I would say to our room was that there was minimal deskspace if you are there on business or need to do some work on your laptop. Additionally, while there were power outlets, there weren't a lot which made things a challenge when trying to power up various electronics. MINOR issues that were easily overlooked given the overall experience. Our lack of Czech language skills were not an issue in that all of the staff we interacted with spoke excellent English. Their bar had an excellent array of drinks and cocktails for a nightcap and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Add to this the beautiful Art Deco decor and the phenomenal location to everything in the Old Town and it is a great place to stay while in Prague.

WE really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was good the location(near to all kind of transport(tram, bus, metro )/the breakfast/the service.. I really recommand it. The staff is nice especially the girls. Only one Guy with the beard was not that friendly the moment of check-in ( even though i don't judge maybe he has a tough Time that day 😇).

Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is very old world. I liked the charm of the antique furnishings. The bathroom was modern with marble throughout. The breakfast buffet was impressive. I could not eat all of the offerings, but tried my best. The location of the hotel was central for everything and we walked to all the attractions.

Als erstes hatten wir statt einem 4 mann Zimmer ein 2 mann zimmer bekommen. Das ging überhaupt nicht. Nach ungefähr 45 min warten wurde das Zimmer dann endlich getauscht. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges kam vom Personal. Bis auf eine Person die etwas deutsch spricht konnte es keiner dort. Zu allem übel warteten wir über 30 Minuten um einen Tisch im Frühstücksraum zu bekommen.sämtliche sachen waren alle ,toast Erdbeer Tee usw...was einfach nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde.

В гостиницу заехали с пятницы по понедельник на пасху. Были запланированы совсем другие аппартамены в Праге ,но по какой то причине нам сообщили что мы не сможем ими воспользоваться и предложили найти что нибудь самим и нам сделаютДРУГУЮ бронь. Т.к. это праздники цены вырасли. Прочитав такие замечательные отзывы! Мы повелись на это Бла-Бла...Но когда приехали и увидели что нам предложили -за такие Неадекватные деньги,я была просто в шоке. В данной поездке это была уже 3я гостиница !. Номер под крышей ,размер номера вместе с санузлом не более 10м и к тому же со скошенной крышей. Номер 63! Это ужас ! Мы сразу после такого культурного шока (обшарпанная мебель 70х,)пошли менять номер. Но как говорится поменяли шило, на мыло. Номер 53 оказался чуть больше ,на другую сторону-на очень активную дорогу,(круглые сутки). С окном у пола не больше 40см и на потолке. Т.е Вида вообще никакого нет от слова СОВСЕМ! Из за такого размещения настроение оказалось отвратительным. Нам сказали что номеров больше нет вообще! Кстати ни один из этих номеров не показан на фото гостиницы. Вся проблема началась ночью. Стены наверное картонные-слышимось ужасная! Всё что делается в туалете,о чем говорят с двух сторон и как ходят у тебя над головой.... Просто Фантастика! Вся сантехника с трещинами -туалет/умывальник/кафель.... Кто проходит по коридору и что орет ночью+шум с дороги!Просто ”супер” ! Гостиница -на минуточку- 4звезды. Завтрак у нас не входил в стоимость. Уходили рано утром,Возвращались в 10 вечера. Уборка днем отсутствует!(пришлошь зайти в номер около 15-ничего не было убрано). У нас была очень большая программа. Приходили только ночевать. Подушка очень толстая и большая и мягкий матрац-ты в него проваливаешься. В этой гостинице просто всем гостям надо выдавать беруши сразу! Из плюсов- *общительный персонал-всё расскажут . *Местоположение *бонусная карточка(со скидками) *приветственный напиток на террассе с замечательным видом и отличным барменом!
