Fantastic hotel, in a great location with a very helpful and attentive staff and excellent offering. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need for your stay (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher there is an oven as well but we didn't use it). Breakfast - beautifully laid out buffet bar offering warm and cold selection with an excellent choice for any dietary requirements; fresh ingredients, lovely local breads, fruit, pastry, freshly made omelettes - very tasty. Staff - Reception - young, welcoming, attentive, helpful - just great :-) Bar - Mr. Jan - absolute star who makes the best cocktail - if you like espresso martini - go for The Julius cocktail - it's just perfect after all day walking around Prague. Jan was super friendly, professional, no matter how big or small our bar order was. He kept the table always nice, tidy and his attentive service was very appreciated. Breakfast staff - team of buzzy Bees - making your stay wonderful, caring, taking care of the breakfast bar looking tidy and in order Cleaning ladies - kept our room nice, tidy and fresh. All we can say is - we had a fantastic stay and when back in Prague, we will be looking to stay at the Julius again. The hotel is very well placed, not too far from the local attractions and it always welcomes you back after a long day of exploring. Thank you again :-)!

Booked via Booking.com a couple of weeks before we made the trip. It's in a fairly quiet area of Prague. Only a ten minute walk to the old town and a five minute walk to Florenc underground station. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, so it's ideal for a short stay. The staff are the real stars of the Embassy Hotel. They speak very good English, knowledgeable and they are keen to go the extra mile. Checking in was easy and our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also a good size. I managed to get the temperature of the room down to a more comfortable setting, using the manual mode on the AC. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including several granolas, meusli, porridge, fruit, cold meats and cooked food. There is only one lift that serves the six floors, but we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to use it. The only minor issues were a low battery in the room safe, which was quickly dealt with, one blown bulb in the ceiling lamp and a broken sink plug open/close mechanism. The latter two would have been an irritation on a longer stay and should really have been picked up on a room inspection. That aside, we had a very pleasant stay indeed.

Aparthotel Rimska is an ideally-located accommodation for a short break, and is based in Prague centre only 10-15 minutes walk (with heavy cases) from the main train station. Being centrally located, the outer building is in-keeping with the beautiful architecture, and walking down into the main city area and surrounding restaurants is not a long task at all. Upon entering, you self-check-in via the touchscreen kiosk where you receive your keycards. Our room was extremely spacious notwithstanding the ceiling slope, with a full kitchen fitting and open en-suite bathroom. The TV was also huge with comfy chairs, and the windows backed onto other apartments and hotels in the immediate area. The beds were also comfy however to improve, include either more or larger pillows as we weren’t overly satisfied with the selection. Otherwise, Aparthotel Rimska is a fantastic choice with what seems like an up-market room and aesthetic.

Very nice hotel located not far from the centre of the city. Very clean and housekeeping was of high standard. They had two breakfast rooms ( one on the ground floor and one on the -1 floor ( I prefer the one on the ground floor as you had better choices than the downstairs one. Overall I highly recommend the hotel

Loved this hotel, me and my partner visited this hotel 21st of march until friday 24th as a couple from wales in the UK on a budget we booked this as it was central and really good value for money, from the moment we arrived we felt really comfortable check in was swift and straight forward and the lady who checked us in was nice and polite, to be honest all the staff were so welcoming and lovely. The rooms was basic but very clean and comfortable, the lifts could be frustrating but no big deal but i would have easily walked to 3rd floor but didnt see any stairs to do so, breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it, the bar area had a really lovely atmosphere and a good pint of starapromen for a good price. We were out most of the day enjoying the sites of this amazing city and evenings enjoying the bars and restaurants around the hotel and further across the bridge. Can honestly say it was an amazing first visit to prague and not the last hopefully, will definetly reccomend this hotel and hope to visit again one day..děkuji

Looked at a few hotels and initially booked one that was twice the price of this one. So glad I changed my location. Its a quick 10 minute tram ride into central Praha which is the best way to get around. Breakfast was a typical continental affair, hotdog style sausage was the only meat available, lots of cakes and breads, cereals, fruit, and salad. Not a massive choice but enough to get a filling start to the day. There is not a great deal of things to do or see around the location, so be prepared to hop on a tram to sight see, there is quite a large shopping complex about 10 minutes walk away. Room was fresh and clean and was very good value.

The location of the hotel is perfect, the tram is close so the city centre is 10 minutes away. The receptionist was helpful, our room was cleaned every day. We spent 3 days there and we ordered breakfast also. We loved the food and the service. Our bed was so comfortable, betten than mine at home. We were really impressed and satisfied.

Hotel is very nice, however there are a few points worth to mention:
* Concierge.
Overall great experience, however one of the concierge team members (lady) had a Ukrainian flag on her name tag, which supposedly should mean that she should speak Ukrainian, when we started to speak Ukrainian, she was replying in russian! We do not want to be communicated in russian language, we did not pay to stay at the hotel to hear Russian when we did not ask for it!
Very upsetting that you hire people without a knowledge and just put random flags instead of them speaking the language.
*** Please explain to the staff that it is important to reply in the language in which customer is communicating or at least in English. Thank you 🙏🏻

* Hotel Room
The room was clean, however had this horrible smell from the bathroom canalization. Each time we had to open the windows to be able to stay in the room. We were a bit busy and didn’t have time to deal with the room changes, however please do something about it. It is very very bad.
* Food.
Food is great, however we stayed since July 23d until August 6th and we could not eat the breakfast anymore, it is not changing at all 😅. If we knew we would book the rooms without breakfast and eat elsewhere.
Water. There was no water in the room, which is a bit different from other hotels we stayed at.
I hope this comments will help you to improve the experience of your guests.

PPengguna TetamuWe were a group of 6 people and booked 3 rooms, I have requested separate beds for all the rooms and our requests were noted and rooms were prepared as we wanted when we arrived. The hotel is located in a quite neighborhood and very close to a shopping mall, once passing through the mall, you will be right at a more busy area with lots of restaurants, shops and public transportation. The hotel location is excellent, we can go to all the famous sights around 10-15 minutes by foot, or easily take public transportation to outskirt of the city. In additional to the great location, the rooms were good size and very clean, the daily breakfast offered at the hotel was great, there were good selections for breakfast and we were all satisfied with the food quality. The most important part was the hotel staff, they were all very friendly, not only they helped us to book the car service to airport, pointed us best way to get on hop-on-hop-off bus, they even arranged a breakfast-to-go box for my early departure since I had to check out the hotel by 4am. This was this first time we visited Prague, Michelangelo Grand Hotel has made me feel like home, I will definitely stay here if I visit Prague again!

PPengguna TetamuA friend I spent 4 nights at this hotel whilst visiting another friend and seeing the sights in Prague. In terms of location, the hotel is a little out of the main centre (15 min walk approx). However it still feels very central due to how large Prague is and sprawls out. The hotel is not dated but doesn’t seem particularly modern either. It has a very simplistic feel. Staff are polite in the reception upon arrival. It has a very small lobby area with seating, vending machines and toilets hidden away. This area could get crowded easily. The rooms themselves are basic. They are clean and tidy, have decent beds, a small desk and a wardrobe. Numerous charging sockets are available which is nice and there is a TV. Unfortunately, there is no safe or mini fridge which did feel like a small hindrance. The bathroom is not spacious but is once again clean and tidy. Towels are replenished daily and small toiletries are provided. The hotel offers breakfast which was included within our booking. The breakfast is very basic. Cereals, fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese and some boiled eggs is all it has to offer. However, the coffee and drinks machines were in good working order and the staff worked hard. Overall, this hotel offers a simple, easy and affordable stay in Prague. You get what you pay for but I was satisfied with the overall value. The additions of a safe, mini fridge and a more comprehensive breakfast would pay dividends though.

We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more.
A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time.
We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

Beds a little hard. Staff polite, friendly and helpful.
Downside to rooms, lack of plug sockets - Kettle has a short lead and difficult to find where to plug in. Not enough bed pillows. That said, we did not ask reception for more. They did not replenish the tea/coffee during stay. Only the milks.
We could only find one plug socket. We found a further two sockets behind the bedside cabinets. We plugged our charger in only for this to burn out one night and the electricity went out and due to the new evening receptionist she was unable to turn it back on until she was relived in the morning. The receptionist though was ever so helpful and tried her best to help. We also received an apology in the morning.
I have a bad back and found that there was no where to sit in the room with back support only a backless stool and ottoman.
All that said we enjoyed our stay. Was very happy with our choice of hotel. We did not book breakfast and there’s lots of choice for breakfast towards IP pavalova. The Deminka restaurant that is shown in the hotel as the lounge bar - apparently is not connected to the hotel (ownership different) but would recommend. Good food reasonably priced and staff are very friendly and helpful. Also popular with locals too which is a good sign and has great history attached to the restaurant.

PPengguna TetamuLa Boutique is placed a bit outside the centre of Prague, but within short distance from the channel. Its also a short distance to several pubs, bars, restaurants and also short distance to the tram, which travels all over in Prague. The reception was very service minded and its always someone there to guide you. We had a room on the 4th floor, big, nice room with good beds and a big bathroom. We felt the room was very comfy. The breakfast is simple but more than enough in the morning, and the food was tasty. They dont have any transport service for the airport, but we got a taxi both ways, between 650 and 800 chk. When we wanted to see Prague we either took a tram (22) or we walked down to the channel and from there over some of the bridges. We enjoyed our stay here.

Aalifa ardianingrumLocation is just next to the metro stop. We were a bit lost though as the hotel entrance is in the ground level and the second level was more connected with metro. Unfortunately, we need to pay extra to access the gym & pool facilities.
Service, room amenities just perfect and spacious. City view from our room was nice.
