Hotel berhampiran Obchodní Dům Visla, Prague

Fantastic hotel, in a great location with a very helpful and attentive staff and excellent offering. Our room was very modern, spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need for your stay (coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher there is an oven as well but we didn't use it). Breakfast - beautifully laid out buffet bar offering warm and cold selection with an excellent choice for any dietary requirements; fresh ingredients, lovely local breads, fruit, pastry, freshly made omelettes - very tasty. Staff - Reception - young, welcoming, attentive, helpful - just great :-) Bar - Mr. Jan - absolute star who makes the best cocktail - if you like espresso martini - go for The Julius cocktail - it's just perfect after all day walking around Prague. Jan was super friendly, professional, no matter how big or small our bar order was. He kept the table always nice, tidy and his attentive service was very appreciated. Breakfast staff - team of buzzy Bees - making your stay wonderful, caring, taking care of the breakfast bar looking tidy and in order Cleaning ladies - kept our room nice, tidy and fresh. All we can say is - we had a fantastic stay and when back in Prague, we will be looking to stay at the Julius again. The hotel is very well placed, not too far from the local attractions and it always welcomes you back after a long day of exploring. Thank you again :-)!

Hotel is very nice, however there are a few points worth to mention: * Concierge. Overall great experience, however one of the concierge team members (lady) had a Ukrainian flag on her name tag, which supposedly should mean that she should speak Ukrainian, when we started to speak Ukrainian, she was replying in russian! We do not want to be communicated in russian language, we did not pay to stay at the hotel to hear Russian when we did not ask for it! Very upsetting that you hire people without a knowledge and just put random flags instead of them speaking the language. *** Please explain to the staff that it is important to reply in the language in which customer is communicating or at least in English. Thank you 🙏🏻 * Service during the breakfast and housekeeping. All the kitchen, service and housekeeping teams were super friendly, very nice 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Special thanks to Roxolana & Halyna Pashinska for their incredible personal touch. * Hotel Room The room was clean, however had this horrible smell from the bathroom canalization. Each time we had to open the windows to be able to stay in the room. We were a bit busy and didn’t have time to deal with the room changes, however please do something about it. It is very very bad. * Food. Food is great, however we stayed since July 23d until August 6th and we could not eat the breakfast anymore, it is not changing at all 😅. If we knew we would book the rooms without breakfast and eat elsewhere. Water. There was no water in the room, which is a bit different from other hotels we stayed at. I hope this comments will help you to improve the experience of your guests.

Amazing hotel , friendly and polite staffs , nice location , very close to old town center . The breakfast was amazing . The room is very nice , wonderful sheets , love the lighting in the bathroom and the huge double mirror .

Hier findet man ein Hotel, was in erster Linie mit dem Standort punktet. Es liegt direkt an einen Mt Straßenbahnhaltestelle und unweit eines Supermarktes. Ansonsten ist es ausschließlich zweckmäßig für Übernachtung geeignet. Es ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, auch wenn hier versucht wir mit kleinen moderneren Akzenten dies zu kaschieren. Die Einrichtung zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren teilweise sogar deutliche Schäden. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch und ist nichts für besondere Ansprüche. Die vorhandenen Sportmöglichkeiten inklusive Schwimmbad müssen zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Mit andern Worten: Nicht zu empfehlen

Loved this hotel, me and my partner visited this hotel 21st of march until friday 24th as a couple from wales in the UK on a budget we booked this as it was central and really good value for money, from the moment we arrived we felt really comfortable check in was swift and straight forward and the lady who checked us in was nice and polite, to be honest all the staff were so welcoming and lovely. The rooms was basic but very clean and comfortable, the lifts could be frustrating but no big deal but i would have easily walked to 3rd floor but didnt see any stairs to do so, breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of it, the bar area had a really lovely atmosphere and a good pint of starapromen for a good price. We were out most of the day enjoying the sites of this amazing city and evenings enjoying the bars and restaurants around the hotel and further across the bridge. Can honestly say it was an amazing first visit to prague and not the last hopefully, will definetly reccomend this hotel and hope to visit again one day..děkuji

I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a professional and friendly staff, they were providing me with valuable information about the local area and suggesting great places to visit. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel bar, where I enjoyed delicious coffee. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms. I look forward to returning in the future. :-)

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

Ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Zimmer sind etwas kleiner, aber es gibt ein Fenster zum Innenhof. Leider quietschen die Türen aller Apartments, sehr unangenehm/laut. Warum dieses Problem nicht behoben (einfach mit Öl die Mechanik einschmieren) wird ist mir ein Rätsel.

Excellent location to the central spots. Pretty new environment and facilities. It is perfect choice for staying in Prague either long or short term stay.

I stayed at this location with some friends after our flight back home got cancelled. Despite us speaking solely english, the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very nice. The real gem of the place is its onsite restaurant where all the food was unbelievably delicious. If I find myself in the Czech Republic again I'll be sure to consider this place to stay.
