整體入住感受非常好，雖然入住時有小插曲👉升降機故障，但反而看到前台職員(eg. Adam)的專業及服務水準一流，值得鼓掌。另外更想藉此機會感謝酒店餐廳前台職員Susi熱情好客的招待，使我們在布拉格此行非常愉快。

The drive from and to the airport was on time and very friendly. (I believe at had nothing to do with the hotel, but the deal). The hotel is nothing better than standard. Location can be comfortable, if you are understand the tram timetables and maps. Rooms are clean and apuiped with minimal needs. We found it quite frustrating that after a whole day out side in the city and sites, or early morning get ups, there was no way to have a cup of coffee/tea. Had to go out to a coffee shop. The staff are ”filling” their jobs, not much more. The city is beautiful, interesting and tasty.

A beautiful property in the heart of Prague. Check-in, late night was a breeze as they had set up the passcodes for a seamless entry into the room. They have around 25+ rooms and each one is named and unique in its style and features. Very happy to see a king-size bed in a spacious room. The bathroom had 4 sections a shower, bath tub, usual toilet, and lo and behold a bidet. Morning were awesome as the sunlight streamed in and and a nice garden next to it. Breakfast was rich and healthy. Only wish there were some vegetarian cooked food. There is no need to add ham to every dish, but no complaints. The service was awesome. The coffee machine was fantastic. The breakfast itself was served in area which was charming. The hotel opens out into a historic pathway in Old Prague. Service was good room was good and breakfast was good. Sleep quality was top notch and this would rank as my best hotel in Europe thus far. Some walking distance to the tram stop, but otherwise walkable to most of the places in old town.

Very convenient location, walking distance to the old town and the national theatre. Good selections of restaurants are around too. Breakfast is not bad, variety of selections. Orange juice and apple juice are not up to standard as other comments described. Coffee is just standard. Other than that the breakfast is all fine. As a 4-star hotel you get what you expected.
