Following a terrible disservice by British Airways, on the night between Thursday and Friday, 28/29 September, at 1.30 am, I ended up with 30 other passengers, at the Jet Hotel, the structure is very beautiful, but the best part is the service, starting from the night receptionist, incredibly efficient, in a few minutes he accommodated, without problems, many tired and nervous guests, I was assigned to a double room with in suite bath, very spacious and very very clean, compliments to the house keeping, the buffet breakfast was very abundant with a huge choice for every palate, the lunch was good, but who I noticed was the waitress Ludovica, who, suddenly finding herself with many more guests than expected, was up to the task, quick and efficient without showing any stress, finally the two receptionists on the day shift, precise and kind. I have been working in this sector for over 30 years, I advise the management to take care of these people, because once you lose them, it will be impossible to find people of the same level.
