Hotel 4 bintang Prato yang Popular

We chose this Hotel from the reviews and proximity to our next morning appoin**ent. The reception was excellent, with all the safety measures adopted. The rooms are large and with the comforts expected for the amount paid. All clean and well-kept and, even if it needs a newer interior decoration, we enjoyed it.

This hotel is extremely basic. I would rate it 2.5 stars at best. Even though it’s called “Wall Art Hotel,” there is no decor on the walls and it is extremely dark and drab. The mattress was hard and and you could feel the springs. They only provided 2 thin, overused pillows. The shower is really small. Housekeeping did a pretty good job. No iron is in room, have to request it from reception and hope they have one available. No ironing board provided. The location is not ideal. Although there is a bus stop in front of hotel, apparently no bus lines use that stop so nearest active stops are 5-8 minutes walk away. Also, if going to Florence, you should know that the buses stop running after 9 pm so you will have to walk 1 mile to/from the train station in the dark. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel aperto da poco in una buona posizione, autostrade e zone industriali a pochi minuti, così come il centro, con parcheggi gratuiti a pochi metri. Le aree comuni si presentano molto bene, arredi moderni e spaziosi, si ha l'impressione di un'elevata qualità. Staff molto cordiale e premuroso. Camera molto bella, con accesso al patio con piscina, arredata con stile e con i giusti spazi. Impeccabile la pulizia, comodo il letto, magari si poteva mettere una tv più grande. Unico neo, non da poco, l'assenza di insonorizzazione tra le camere, ho infatti sentito tutto quello che ha fatto il vicino, dalla doccia alle telefonate. Buona la colazione anche se i tavoli sono comodi solo se si è da soli. Un consiglio : se si vuole attrarre la clientela business, la colazione non può iniziare alle 7:30. Qualche pecca da sistemare legata alla gioventù, ma le basi ci sono e sono ottime. Prezzo forse un pelo alto rispetto alla media, ma la struttura vale la spesa.

Check in was not good. Despite pre-paid the room, at check in they wanted to charge me again and worst of all at the room rate was double what I have booked. They only accepted I have prepaid when I managed to produce the evidence (print out of my booking). Eventually I was told they had mistaken me with another customer with the same name. It was very uncomfortable experience. But to be fair, during the rest of my stay, the staffs were all very friendly.

Albergo situato in ottima posizione, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Prato Centrale e dallo stesso centro città. Camera pulita, dotata di finestra con gradevole vista sul fiume Bisenzio, senza particolari bellezze estetiche (potrebbe essere lievemente più luminosa) ma funzionale allo scopo, ossia farci dormire bene e in tranquillità grazie alla buona insonorizzazione e al comodo letto. Aria condizionata, tv e bagno moderno con vasca. Di quest'ultimo l'unica piccola pecca (ma è voler esser pignoli) è la posizione un po' scomoda dell'interruttore della luce, posizionato vicino allo specchio e non all'ingresso. Gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, in particolar modo del signore alla reception che ci ha aiutato in più di un'occasione - prima teoricamente e poi praticamente - con un problema alla serratura della porta della camera. A parte questo piccolo inconveniente l'albergo si è mostrato valido anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente conveniente e può essere, quindi, una buona scelta per chi deve soggiornare a Prato.

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

In occasione di una sosta in Prato ed avendo impegni in zona ci siamo affidati a questo Hotel. Struttura tipica per brevi soste, non molto economico dal mio punto di vista, poichè la struttura è abbastanza datata, la posta della nostra stanza per chiuderla bisognava spingere con forza, le stanze pulita alla belle meglio. Note positive; Receptionist, ampio parcheggio gratuito, buon materasso, buona la climatizzazione in stanza, anche se oggettivamente un po' rumorose le ventole, ma con la stanchezza si supera il rumore. Note negative; colazione a 5 euro mi sembra eccessiva, quando altre strutture ricettive la includono nel costo della stanza, porta della doccia stretta (perlomeno nella nostra stanza), se un cliente dovesse essere ”spesso” dubito che riesca ad entrare, e come detto prima, pulizia un po' superficiale. Un Hotel senza lode e senza infamia.

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria di Prato Centrale (poco più di 5 minuti a piedi) e adiacente al centro storico. Classica camera da hotel ma (per fortuna) senza moquette e relativamente spaziosa. Letto comodo, aria condizionata, bagno moderno con doccia, tv. Abbiamo dormito bene senza particolari problemi, tutto pulito e silenzioso. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione quindi non possiamo valutarla. In conclusione un tradizionale albergo da tre stelle magari senza particolari qualità estetiche ma senza neanche punti negativi e che rappresenta una delle migliori sistemazioni per chi deve soggiornare a Prato.
