Hotel berhampiran Arco Dell＇Annunziata di Province of Caserta

Pas si près que ça de l’aéroport international (47 minutes de marche et pas 17 comme indiqué sur le site ! ou 22 euros de taxi) mais personnel agréable et dispo même à 4h30 du matin pour faire un café et nous offrir un bout de gâteau ! 😃 Chambre donnant sur route passante avec double vitrage collé sans grande efficacité, et structure bruyante de l’hôtel en général Super pizzeria à 300m qui nous a fait la meilleure pizza du séjour !

La struttura si presenta all’estero “niente di che”, una volta entrati dispone di un parcheggio privato e già l’interno è tappezzato di moquette, ambiente fresco e SUPER PULITO. Camera spaziosissima, personale gentilissimo. Disponibilità di colazione in camera senza costi aggiuntivi. All’interno della camera abbiamo trovato (oltre l’allestimento palloncini e petali non richiesto) un set di pantofoline e cuffie, sale da bagno per la vasca e minibar con acqua sia frizzante che naturale. Forse l’unica pecca è la poca insonorizzazione delle camere.

Sono stato presso questo hotel una notte con la mia famiglia. Dò due stelle e non una per alcuni aspetti positivi. Gli aspetti positivi sono stato il personale, gentile e simpatico, la comodità del parcheggio custodito e l'entrata - curato il giardino - e la hall e sala colazione, belle luminose. Molto ma veramente molto deludente la camera - ne ho viste anche altre aperte passando in corridoio - di suo non pulita (ed è grave la mancanza di igiene) e l'arredamento, spartano e poco comodo. Ma le cose decisamente scandalose ed inconcepibili per il 2023 sono il puzzo di fumo assurdo in camera ed il bagno, dove la doccia era un tutt'uno con i sanitari! In pratica se uno si faceva la doccia (idea che non mi è per niente balenata in testa!) si bagnava tutto l'ambiente, non so come si poteva poi andare a fare i bisogni ed appunto, la doccia si faceva dove ci si passava con le scarpe per recarsi ai sanitari! Qualcosa di assurdo e paradossale. Necessita sicuramente di una ristrutturazione. Consiglio di scegliere altre soluzioni - anche perchè questo hotel viene spesso usato ad ore....

Amazing, historic & hip city. People of all ages are on the move through the graffiti tattooed streets featuring magnificent buildings, churches & monasteries between fish and fruit markets. Laundry buoyed by gentle breezes float 3-4 stories high. Everyone very friendly. Good to know a little introductory Italian though not needed ((it’s appreciated). More smokers than I expected but enough outdoor seating to avoid if it’s bothersome. I’ll definitely return if possible.

I was here on business in May for two weeks and was pleasantly surprised by the elegance of this hotel. Upon arrival at this regal hotel the manager greeted me in English once he knew I wasn't Italian. He went out of his way to accommodate me in getting into my room. The room were very clean and decorated elegantly. Just perfect for my 2 wk stay. Each night I would sit in the Lobby/ great room/ Bar and admire the beautiful surroundings along with the people watching. The Bartender Lucianno was very pleasant to talk too. The Hotel Manger was always friendly and treated me with respect, kindness and consideration. The Hotel is surrounded by concrete walls, shrubs and metal fencing. They also had a security system set in place at the gate. I felt very safe there. The hotel came with NaBoo Spa and I took full advantage of their services with several massages, steam rooms and pools. The Manger at the NaBoo spa that spoke English, beautiful lady with Long Black Hair (wish I could remember her name) was very kind and considerate to my needs. She always explained everything in detail and gave me a tour of the Spa. I definitely took advantage of the services there with a hot stone massage by Rosanne, a destress massage, steam rooms, saunas and pool area. The pricing was very reasonable. I consider this a world class spa with professional staff. My company will be doing business in the area for the next 4 months and I let them know that this would be the place to book my colleagues. Can't say enough about this hotel and can't wait to come back in September.

I’ll try to make this as constructive as possible, so I’ll start with the good. The property is located in a convenient location close to the Central Station, although the area around the station is a little dirty with some homeless people. When you get into the apartment, it’s clean and nicely decorated. The room was for 3 people and was pretty nice. Now for the downsides… When we arrived, the elevator was broken, so we had to suffer through carrying our luggage up 2 stories of stairs. Luckily, they apartment building was able to get the elevator fixed within a day or two of our arrival. Also, there were only sheets on the beds, no blankets. So that first night, we were cold. We later got blankets from housekeeping (housekeeping is only there for a few hours in the morning). There was no iron available, so if your clothes are wrinkled, you’re sh*t out of luck unless you brought your own. Communication was lacking. We ran out of toilet tissue and was told they would leave some at the front desk. They never did. We went 2 days without them restocking our toilet tissue. Luckily, we had wipes with us. They also never came to clean our room. The description for the room said “daily housekeeping” but I guess they just meant for the common areas. We were supposed to be provided with breakfast cards each day for the each of us (there were 3 of us in a room). We were only left one card one day. Never saw another card after that (this was brought up to the staff via WhatsApp and the cards still weren’t provided, just like the toilet tissue). Apparently, garbage gets collected around 1 in the morning. You can hear it loud and clear, at least from my room. There’s also a bell or something that goes off every morning at 7:30am. Again, you can hear it loud and clear from the room we were in. If you’re planning to stay in Naples for only a day or two, you might be ok with this place. Other than that, meh.

Having spent a week in Naples a few years ago, I wanted a base to stay for 11 nights while I toured around Campania in a rental car. As such I did a lot of research to ensure I found the right hotel. I wasn't disappointed. The location is convenient, being a five minute drive to the main roads that will get you round Campania. Also, a five minute walk to Arco Felice station getting you to the centre of Naples easily. The neighbourhood is more local, rather than touristy, which I liked. Free parking at the rear of the hotel, and a gas station just 100 metres away that had the cheapest fuel I saw. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and Gennaro, the owner I assume, was exceptionally accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and his English was way way better than my Italian. My room (111) was excellent, with a view over the bay. The bathroom was rather small, but was not a problem. People larger than me may struggle with the shower though. The real bonus for me was that the room had Sky Sports so that I could watch the mighty Spurs conquer all ..... well, they did while I was there!! Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice, and even a machine to squeeze oranges. I think they do dinner, but I wasn't too sure as I never saw anyone in the restaurant while I was there. Plenty of eateries within walking distance anyway. All in all, an excellent hotel representing good value for money, and I really hope I get back there at some time.

Stayed here for four nights. Really nice relaxed hotel out of the city. Greeted by David who was great and also provided us with information about where to go and using public transport. Room large for three of us, clean with a large window at side of hotel. Nice big beds. Fridge and large wardrobe. Lots of toiletries in bathroom. Huge bath and shower. 5 minutes to metro station although trains are very slow compared to other city metros. Easy to access bus at central metro station for the airport. Bars and restaurants available locally. Hotel is on a very busy road but this could not be heard in the room. It also prepared us for the crazy driving throughout Naples. Never experienced anything like it! Area around seems run down but this is not unusual for out of city areas, great local a**osphere in the evening. We found a hidden gem of a public olympic swimming pool, literally right behind the hotel, would definitely recommend a visit. Take a swimming cap - pool rules. A nice escape from the heat and city life. Breakfast was lovely with nice coffee and juices. Having the terrace in the middle of hotel was a nice place to enjoy breakfast and drinks from the bar. Would definitely stay again. All staff throughout hotel very friendly and approachable.

Stayed here for one night courtesy of EasyJet who bounced us to Naples from Sicily after the airport on Sicily closed due to a fire. The room was clean and serviceable, breakfast was typical sweet Italian and plentiful. My one concern was the guy on reception who wanted to keep our passports overnight because the photocopier wasn’t working. To my surprise it magically started working again when I told him that my passport was staying with me. Be very wary of taking a taxi here from the airport, it’s a rip off. 130 euros for a 20 minute ride, the taxi back to the airport was ‘only’ 75 Euros
