Good clean comfortable hotel. We went during peak hot season, the air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Breakfast is simple and nice. May be it was not very busy at this time, but they allowed to stay in the room 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out time. Overall very happy experience in the hotel for 3 nights. Only a very small observation is the location of the hotel is around 5 km away from the Seville main historic centre.

I stayed two nights at this property, and found it a good value compared to other Marriott-affiliated properties in Seville. Overall, I would describe it as a well-managed, well-maintained property. The hotel is not in the center of town, but I did not find this to be an issue. Taxi and Uber rides were short and plentiful to anywhere I needed to go, and this property was a much better value than other affiliated properties in town. Management respects the value of high-status Bonvoy members for which I am grateful. They had upgraded me to a Junior Suite before my arrival. Regrettably, I did have one negative experience with a staff member, that was professionally resolved by the fast-thinking, guest-centric manager of the hotel. I had an evening work commitment and needed a quick early evening meal before going to work. It's Spain, and they don't serve dinner until at least 8:00PM. I arrived at 7:00 wanting to simply get a pizza off the bar menu. The woman tending bar totally ignored me for five full minutes upon my arrival. Finally, when she acknowledged my presence, I explained I was in a rush using a translator on my phone. After this exchange, she ignored me and attended to multiple drink requests from other customers who arrived after me, finally looking at me and saying”I only have two hands”. She had no intention to order my food. It was obvious this woman simply had no interest in serving this guest. I left to find the manager in charge. After going to the front desk, I was introduced to a very helpful Ms. Yolanda Rodriguez, who conveniently is the General Manager of the hotel. Ms. Rodriguez immediately understood my dilemma, and personally went to the kitchen to order my food and solve the problem. Thanks to her, I was able to get to my work commitment on time and well fed. I trust that Ms. Rodriguez will use this customer interaction as an opportunity to train her staff on how they can improve the quality of service provided to their guests. In closing, I would like to thank and commend Yolanda Rodriguez for her exceptional customer service.

Stayed for 5 nights for a work trip, arrived and all looked well. Reception staff friendly facilities looked good then told bar and restaurant closed til 8.30pm, tried food 1st night and limited very limited menu. Sent food back as undercooked and then recorded meal tasteless and no effort into making it look or taste good. Spoke with management about limited menu and got no where. Refused food bill as we didn't eat 2nd attempt due to above. Breakfast buffet was poor, limited choices and most things cold, guessing no chef currently. Recommend a short walk to some Spanish bars nearby for tapas, drinks etc. Plus side friendly staff but management may need to look at improving the catering as stated in the facilities is bar and restaurant but due to lack of opening hours and also menu I don't think this meets what people expect. Others were certainly disappointed with catering evening and breakfast. Would only recommend this if needing somewhere close to airport to get your head down before or after a flight before moving on

Well where do I start🤔 I felt like I was on a set for Mamma Mia in the courtyard 🥰 Beautiful room, Right in the heart of the old town, Clean,Quiet, and Great staff (Daniel was great with recommendations & so helpful. Thank you) Nothing was any trouble. Free session in the hot tub overlooking the cathedral, lovely to sit in the courtyard early for a morning coffee & outside terrace for a drink early evening to watch the world go by x Good breakfast ( although layout is in completely wrong place) too small an area for multiple guests. Great places on doorstep to eat, drink and have fun. Definitely will go back to hotel👌

Nice comfortable hotel. Rooms are a little tired in places but this is no issue, they are very clean. Locked cupboard for baggage storage. Great location for the airport and the bus into the city. Good food and beer, pleasant staff. Will definitely return when coming back to Seville!

This is a hidden gem. Located in the pedestrian zone so we arranged a transfer from the airport. Worth the money paid for sure. Impeccable service since the check in. Each and every hotel employee was ready to walk an extra mile to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Welcome drink while checking in, service at breakfast, help in finding our way to the restaurant, arranging our transfer to our next stop on the costa del sol, everything was perfect. I cannot find words to express our gratitude to the hotel staff. Our suite was clean and spacious. Air conditioning worked great and was very quiet. Guitar player at 1930 did an excellent job. Hotel is very centrally located, close to major landmarks. Restaurant recommendations were perfect. I highly recommend this establishment and wish them the best of luck in their business. It is worth every penny you pay.

After our flight was diverted and we had to find a place to stay on our way between seville and portugal, we googled for a hotel that had good reviews, a restaurant and wasn't too far out of the way. We were so lucky to stumble upon this lovely little hotel. The restaurant was fantastic and the room was vey clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was great. The only issue was the air conditioner didn't work. But we arrived at 10pm without a reservation and it wasn't hot or muggy. Just delightful.

The hotel is in a great location in central Seville off a pedestrianised street and is clean and modern. The reception staff are not overly friendly and seem to be students or on work experience. The room was big and spacious but the bathroom was an absolute disaster - who thought it was a good idea to have a toilet with a glass wall so that you can be seen by everyone in the room? There is not enough room to swing a cat in the tiny shower either. I would not return just because of the horrible bathroom arrangement which spoilt our time there. On the positive there are lots of great little restaurants nearby.
