Some places you visit, and some places stay with you. The Ritz-Carlton in Vienna is one of those places. Every detail, every smile, every moment here has a soul. And then… the kitchen. I was so blown away that I had to ask who was behind it all. That’s how I learned about Thomas and Lukas – the masterminds leading a team that creates pure culinary magic. I had to capture the moment because this wasn’t just a meal – it was a gastronomic journey that’s hard to describe and even harder to forget. If perfection exists, this must be it.

During my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury.
Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

Staffs were all kind and efficient- almost all of them.
We had requested for connected room. They did not have them available on the first night but they let us move to bigger upgraded connected rooms from the second night.
I read a review on a google review- it wasn’t proved to be true or not - someone’s room was robbed however 7th roof top bar had outside guests who just got into the elevator with me without any card or excess. I was bit scared BC they looked like they were already drunk. I was staying on the 7th fl and saw ppl going up and down from the bar on my floor which was very bothering. I just wish they had separate elevator or excess.

When staying at Ritz Carlton you always enjoy your stay. They always smile. The front desk staff was amazing. The Room was great. Bed was super comfy. I alway recommend to stay at Ritz Carlton any where you travel in the world.
