The room is clean and the big enough to accommodate 4 guest but we booked a room with pool view but the room that was given to us is not pool view. Some staff is approachable and have friendly aura. Overall our stay is still good.

Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

Not working electronic room key, basic toiletries provided (super mini soap bar and shampoo sachets that are not even enough to wash short hair). Very bad breakfast with only 2 options. The only thing good was the receptionist who was kind.

Pool was dirty. Breakfast included was a Filipino plated breakfast, not worth it if you’re gonna add breakfast aside your hotel room..

Near the beach, very nice staff. However bathroom floors is slippery. They should provide anti slip mat for it. My 63 year old auntie had slipped and caused her minor injuries. Good thing nothing worse happens.

I would say 2star for this Hotel. Receptionist are helpful but lack of knowledge about the place. In my opinion they should atleast learn about tourist spots for their guests inquiries. Also, there were cockroach in the bathroom and under the bed.

Is this a Chinese-owned hotel? You can see Chinese style everywhere. The exterior and rooms are clean, but I think they probably don't come to clean your room unless you ask. They didn't come to my room. I would have liked them to at least change the bath towels since it was a 2-night, 3-day stay. The worst thing was the soap on the bathroom sink. I've stayed in a lot of hotels in my life, but I've never seen such a bad soap before. It doesn't lather at all! It's a really crappy soap, about 1cm x 4cm in size. Of course, there's no shampoo or anything. And the worst part is the breakfast, which is crowded with customers in a hurry. Since I was traveling, I wanted to eat a little more elegantly. There are three menus to choose from: fish, sausage, and toast, but it wasn't very good. Well, it's expensive, but overall it's a Chinese-style hotel. I will never stay here again.

Because the cable suddenly had no service, the TV could not be used. Hopefully, the TV can be changed to Bluetooth or WiFi. The hotel has internet.

It's not old among the White Beach accommodations, so it's clean. Access to the beach is good, but the downside is that Wi-Fi is completely impossible if you go beyond the 1st floor. Breakfast is provided and there is a swimming pool, so it's an appropriate choice except for the Internet.
