Checked in good but no shop they just sold water by assistant who was great I was in the swim up apartment you can't even make anything to eat put toaster on electric tripped out not a self catering no kitchen just a hotplate with only a couple of pans had to order takeaway every meal unless you made cold sandwiches maid was so nice it wasn't her fault she even got me water when reception was closed quite a lot of time we was lucky restaurant wasn't good ordered prawn cocktails for starter they hadn't been cleaned of the black crap I asked waiter to please sort it out very rude staff chicken and chips was on every cafe but not good

Great apartments, arrived off an early flight and our apartment wasnt ready but we were able to leave luggage in reception and have a wander to commercial centre, apartments are on a slight hill and you can go over the main road by a bridge with stairs. Appartments are cleaned to a high standard and there is enough kitchen equipment, only down side would be lacking a chair, only a sofa in lounge, and no where to hang hand towels in bathroom. Enough sunbeds for each apartments at pool so there was no sunbed wars!

What I am going to say is if you’re wanting to book this apartment go for it!!! IGNORE bad reviews, I have recently stayed 7 nights in this place and honestly was one of the best holidays me and my partner have went on! Beautiful swim up room we stayed in and it couldn’t get any better, had everything we needed, no extra charge on anything like some apartments do, the swim up room was amazing, the apartments is right in the middle of everything, no stairs no hill to climb, hopefully looking to book here next year for the whole family! When we got to the apartments it was 11pm at night yes there is no reception open but we called the number which is provided on the door, security came within 5 minutes spoke very good English showed us to our rooms and very polite with suitcases! We had a late check out, you can ask to keep the room longer but we asked if reception could keep suitcases for us and the lady on reception was so polite and let us leave them while we went out for our last day Rooms were spotless and cleaners never disappointed. Please do not listen to these bad reviews and book this place you won’t regret it!❤️

Wouldn’t recommend. Booked this through TUI, arrived and the door was closed and we couldn’t get into the hotel to check in. Our transfer had to ring the number on the door as we didn’t know how to put a Spanish number in our phone. Luckily she did as the person couldn’t speak Spanish. Me and my friend were then stranded alone for half an hour before a security guard pulled up blasting music. There was no sorry he was so rude. Shouted at us for trying to bring our suitcases into the reception. We then went to check out on Thursday only to find reception closed again at 11:30AM! With a sign which read it was closed on Thursday. A cleaner had to check us out which she barely knew English but tried her best to help us. There was also no place to put our luggage so the cleaner locked it in reception so we could go out and not be bored for 8 hours. Another cleaner then had to open the door to allow us to get our luggage back. We also had no hairdryer which it said it would provide, and there was not a shop attached to reception which it said there would be. Such a shame as the apartments have such potential as the cleaners were so amazing and kept it so clean.

Absolutely perfect apartment with swim up room. Happily, stay here again. Loved the freedom of having what felt like your own place and pool. Great facilities in the apartment. Comfy bed. Plenty wardrobe space and sofa that would turn into a bed, too. Close to beach and shops (10 min walk)

Stayed here for 7 nights after getting a last min deal with TUI. Upon arrival reception was closed so a few of us had to wait for someone to arrive and give us keys to room, we were told that check in was sat (2 days after.) Room was basic but we found it clean, modern and spacious. Although we had no aircon and no working TV. The pool was again basic but suited us; no problems getting a sunbed at anytime. Location was ideal short walk to bars/restaurants and the beach. We would stay here again as location was ideal however only if we could get a good last min deal again. Also a small supermarket 2 mins down road.

The apartment was clean very spacious I had a swim up room and a large balcony, the water was clean and well maintained. The room was clean daily nothing was too much trouble. Sheets changed once but spare in the wardrobe. For a solo or couple the room was well stocked with all the kitchen items that you’d need.

This place is a joke. We were let in by another guest and had to call a number to get our key! We arrived after 11pm they couldn’t even be bothered to stay to greet their guests! They knew we were coming. Apartments are very very basic. Receptionist is clueless, and the place is so noisy! Constant noise from road traffic and the cleaners make more noise banging about than anyone! No chance of a late check out no chance of an upgrade. Apartment got cleaned or should I say towels changed and beds made once! Spanish tv only no air con nothing! The only thing going for it was its location! I would not recommend this place. How it’s got any stars is beyond me!

Not a good start at all.. reception was closed gate was locked.. had to phone security to come and let us in.. water in reception but wouldn't give us any for a drink luckily water in room.. reception only open 12 till 8 and closed all day Tuesday & Friday the girl in there was not very helpful.. The room was nice and clean but very minimal.. Good location short walk to the beach & centre.. The Friday we where coming home no reception.. got to be out of the room for 12 and not getting picked up till 20.15.. so the thinking leave cases in reception ring security to let us in and open up for the pick up.. so booked Chester's beach club for us all for the day.. phoned him 7 times on answer at all so had to leave cases around the pool cancelled Chester's and stop with the case's there was 7 of us.. Location, rooms, cleaner's great.... Reception, security not so good..
