Hotel Puerto Vallarta dengan Sarapan

Pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan di hotel, perkhidmatannya sangat baik, sarapan yang disertakan adalah bufet, semuanya sangat kaya, biliknya sangat bersih dan luas, dan pemandangannya luar biasa. Dihormati

Sukar untuk masuk ke hotel tetapi saya rasa mereka melakukannya atas sebab keselamatan. Nasib baik ada tetamu di lobi yang membenarkan saya masuk & menggunakan kad hotel mereka untuk lif supaya saya boleh pergi ke penerimaan tetamu. Perkhidmatan penerimaan adalah bagus. Saya suka gim mereka. Bilik saya benar-benar kotor, memerlukan pembersihan yang mendalam kerana terdapat bulu-bulu kecil di seluruh bilik mandi & bau asap rokok. Kedai-kedai di sekelilingnya & gim menjadikannya berbaloi. Keseluruhan: saya akan kembali.

Our flight was canceled, and after a week at an all-inclusive, we spent 2 nights at Puerto del Luna. We have 2 children, ages 10 and 12, and I thought it was a charming place to stay. It is a bit older and simple, but it was cute, and safe, and made me feel like I was in Mexico. We loved the pool and the ping pong tables. The location was fantastic, as we could walk to anything and everything or take the bus. If I was going to Mexico on a dream vacation, this would not be the hotel I would choose, but as a budget friendly choice, I think it ticks all of the boxes. Omar at the front desk was great. he helped us with multiple things as we were trying to sort ourselves out after finding out we'd be ”stuck” in Mexico for an additional week. the definitely took some of our stress away and was very accommodating. I liked this place a lot for the price.

Check in was perfect, I was given a upgraded junior suite overlooking the garden and pool. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Food was good service excellent. I like that the hotel still has some Mexican charm vs being updated to conform with the modern polished look. Room was very comfortable, ac worked exceptionally well. Everything about the hotel was up to standard, can’t say enough about it. Highly recommended.

Pengangkutan ulang-alik dari hotel ke lapangan terbang disediakan dengan dikenakan surcaj (tersedia 24 jam) manakala tempat letak kenderaan sendiri percuma terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah satu daripada 19 bilik tamu yang dihias secara berasingan serta menampilkan peti sejuk dan televisyen skrin rata. Katil tilam berlapik anda disediakan dengan gebar bulu kapas dan peralatan tempat tidur premium. Bilik mempunyai balkoni atau laman dalam persendirian. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program kabel disediakan untuk hiburan anda. I don't usually post negative comments, but if this will help another traveler make an informed choice, I thought I'd let you know a couple of things. First, I booked a junior suite with an ocean view. The rooms are very nice and spacious. However, our ocean view was actually of telephone poles and wires and the thatched roof of the club across the alley. I admit, the ocean was in view, beyond these obstacles. Our original room was on the 4th floor and the first night our roof sprung a fast leak due to the downpour outside. It was mostly cleaned up and we were told to let the front desk know in the morning that we needed to move rooms. I would have thought that due to the inconvenience of having to re-pack everything, that they would have given us an upgraded room. Instead, they gave us a junior ocean view suite on the 3rd floor with a closer view of the wires and rooftop. This room also had only one patio chair so even if we wanted to sit out on the patio, we wouldn't have been able to together. The resort itself has nice amenities.

Perkhidmatan berada di atas gred. Kami terpaksa menukar bilik kerana bilik pertama kami mempunyai bilik mandi yang berbau, jika tidak. Makanan dan margarita hebat. Lokasi sangat bagus dan berdekatan dengan kedai runcit utama.

The place was ok and food isn’t bad Restaurant staff always wanted a tip The hotel desk isn’t helpful at all Whatever requested we made they said yes but never followed Like a booking at restaurant they didn’t make for us Or when we asked for some amenities they said yes but never came No one picked up the phone at night but they said they had 24 hours room service

Great roof top adults only hotel in PV - walking distance to shopping, restaurants, malacon, and beaches. Daily dj are the pool was awesome! HEATED pool was a nice surprise. Lacking normal amenities in the rooms like face cloths and proper hair care products as well they lose points for no coffee maker or kettle in room and coffee in the lobby until 11am with coffeemate instead of actual milk or cream- these little touches would have made my review a 5 star for sure.

We stayed for two weeks and loved every day we were there. The staff kept the place spotless, beds were comfortable and the Breakfast provided each morning was a great way to start the day. The staff in the breakfast area keep the food well stocked and kept bringing out more hot food when it got low. The pool is small but worked for me and had a great view from the roof top. The hotel is about a minute walk from the beach, Tons of shops, restaurants, and vendors just outside the door. The Malecon walkway was about 5 minutes away and is about 1 and 1/2 miles long. I will definitely come back
