Ulasan Emperador Vallarta Beachfront Hotel and Suites

It was decent overall, but the hotel and amenities are very old. The floor was not very clean and they wanted to charge us extra (in cash) for using their dishes when they didn't supply any soap or utensils to clean them with.

The trip.com page said this hotel said this hotel has a swimming pool. it does not.

Could not recomendé this hotel any more - staff amazing, location amazing, view amazing

何と言っても部屋からの景色が素晴らしいです。 朝も波の音で目覚めることができるので、最高でした。 ビーチパラソルやタオルも借りれるので海に入る際もすごく便利です。 値段はそこそこしますが、併設されているレストランがビーチフロントにあるので海に入りながら、食事とビールを飲むことも可能です。 またPVに行くことがあれば絶対に泊まります。

Très bon service

The pros: The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The location is wonderful with lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Cabs are readily available in this area as well. Easy walk down the Malecon. The view is the best thing about the hotel. One of the best in PV. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. In room safe provided. I would definitely only get a waterside room. Con’s: The rooms are not sound proof between them. When the neighbors come in at 2 am you can hear everything! The bathroom was a very awkward design and not very clean and the shower was broken so that it sprayed all over the bathroom and soaked the floor, the toilet and the toilet paper. Super low toilet… good thing the awkward wall was right in front of you to grab onto to help you stand up!😂 We had heard that the building had been renovated but only the lobby seemed a bit different.

Located on a gorgeous beach, close to wonderful restaurants and night life. This small hotel is fun/funky and a good value. It does need some updating: especially the tile floors and balcony furniture. The excellent staff more than make up for its deficits.

Upgraded to a very good room with a balcony and ocean view. Bathroom. Had a very unpublished smell.

Exactly what we were looking for - no crazy frills, but everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. Friendly staff and very centrally located. The rooftop has a lovely view and you are steps away from the beach. For a lower budget option, Emperador rocks!

Good location, if you want to be in the Romantic zone. Area is noisy at night so avoid rooms facing the street close to ground level. Person at reception was helpful and gave us good recommendations on places to eat

Would recommend a suite over a room. Room was small with little space for clothing. No balcony. No ventilation in bathroom.

There is a whistle coming from somewhere in room 101 bathroom Maybe plumbing. Had to leave the bathroom door shut to sleep..

Gervacio, and the staff, are excellent. They will help with so much. I forgot my charging cable for a watch that monitors a heart condition. Gervacio found one online and was going to order it for me. Fortunately I found one in town. Going above and beyond.

No Ocean view couldn’t even walk on the balcony because all the air-conditioning from above leaked all over the floor not a good stay
