Ramee Grand Hotel and Spa, Pune

It was indeed a very good experience.

Room was not to expectations.

We had a three days memorable stay at hotel Ramee Grand Pune ! Our family were lovely taken care of from the first moments we entered to the hotel. Checking in and out went very quickly, breakfast were excellent, our cook made special offerings for us every evening. Staff payed attention to the birthday of my son. Rooms were more than good, beautiful decorations every day, thanks to Mr Shankar trainer as he has given very nice training to my son and he is very experienced and calm attitude person. Thanks to the entire people working af Ramee Grand .. Mr Shankar my son has become fan orfyour training and ideas given my you will make him learn swimming soon. Wonderful experience and I must say this is a second home away from home.

The rooms are spacious and well ventilated; Sleep infrastructure (mattresses, linens, covers, styles) are high quality, bathrooms include satisfying "rainfall" shower-head, staff are attentive and efficient, there is an easily operated safe in the room for your valuables, and the location is central to Deccan Gymkhana shopping areas. Breakfast inclusive reservations are well worth it as the first meal of the day is high quality and includes a wide range of items. The food is so good, it would be good to include a weighing scale in the room (for the weight conscious). The only minor shortcoming was the lack of an iron and ironing board in the room. But staff quickly provided these upon request. Front office team is doing fantastic job with guidance of Mr. Amol. Shankar at swimming pool is doing nice job. Thank you team. will visit soon

After a 3-hour brief stopover at Pune including visit to Wax Museum, shopping for Maganlal Chikki (a world famous sweet chikki made in Lonavala) and lunch at a vegetarian restaurant in the main market, we proceeded to Pune, our main destination and reached Hotel Ramee Grand at Apte Road, Shivajinagar. While finalising our programme, our travel agent. IHPL, New Delhi had suggested some other hotels near airport but we wanted to be in the center of the city and selected this hotel based on the reviews by Trip Advisor. When we reached this hotel and checked in, we found it to be better than our expectations. Though It is categorised as 3-star hotel but we found its facilities compared a 4-star hotel. Our room was quite spacious, well furnished and having a mini fridge with snacks, cold drinks etc. and a safe in the cupboard besides normal facilities like an electric kettle, TV and telephone. There was also a wall to wall glass window with a curtain opposite to the main door that provised a nice view of a mini garden on the ground floor. The toilet was also spacious and was also provided with a bathtub besides other usual provisions. The best feature of this hotels is its dining hall that provides an excellent view from the corridors connecting various rooms arranged in a rectagular plan. Not only the lay out of dining hall is unique withtrees but a large number of food items displayed over several tables are also very tasty and the staff also prepares hot items like amlette and dosa etc. on demand. The hotel also has a roof top swimming pool and a spa though we did not use these facilities, Besides this dining hall we also found a south Indian restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. The ambience of this hotel is also very good with a fine service. On the whole, we very much liked this hotel. Another attraction of this hotel location is nearby decent park that is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and I was going there every morning during our 3-day stay from 27th to 29th October 2023. This spacious park also has an open gym. In addition, there are many restaurants nearby providing different types of good food.

The ambience of the hotel is amazing. The location is at a very convenient point within the city. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The pool and the gym was the best part of the hotel. The gym trainer, Shankar Dhone was very helpful nad kind enough to help me throughout my holidays. Overall, a great place to visit.

The stay was pleasant in the hotel , Location was good and the most important during the stay was the behaviour and hospitality of the staff Special metion to Mr. Pradosh & Shravani From front office team very professional in their work . Thank you for makes our stay great ☺️

Very nice hotel. Centrally located, specious rooms. Excellent Housekeeping and front office staff. Small issue with AC but immediately resolved. Nice and tasty food . I have enjoyed my stay here. We will definitely visit again. Thank you team for your wonderful efforts to made my stay memorable.

Good ,Gym,pool, All ambience is beautiful,staff is very supportive, and helpful, Rooms are amazing, All facilities available.Nice Breakfast,....Bar is good atmosphere is very pleasant,.......................... Next I will definitely revisit the place
