The staff is very kind, understanding and helpful, and one of the main ones would definitely be Priti. She helped us a lot with our stay. The food here is also very good, so the chef is definitely a great one. They even make what you might ask them to make. The hotel is very clean and I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Pune.

The electricity failed in our room , and they had to come fix it in the early mornings. They shifted us to another room, but it was annoying.

Amazing Aurora towers would be an appropriate heading. A beautiful and smooth check in to the hotel ensured that our stay was awesome. The wonderful ambiance, wide selection of breakfast items, clean and spacious rooms with equipped washrooms are worth a mention. The smiling faces of the staff and ready to help approach are a plus point for guests. Not to forget the location of the hotel with easy access to all central areas. The gem of course is Mr. Ashley, the manager who heads his staff ably and is so courteous and friendly with the guests. All in all highly recommended!!

The hotel's modern amenities, impeccable service, and central location made my stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The Buffet spreads at restaurant is too good and nice. I would like to mention a Housekeeping Guy name who took care of my room during my visit. Mr. Gaurav Paropkari thanks for taking care of our room. Will come back soon.

I made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

Best services good ambiance and great breakfast. Manmath and Aman Yadav the best person who assisted very well in restaurant and help us to accommodate the good view table in the restaurant Oceanus. The rooms is excellent, the services related to room services is fast and with solution we really want to recommend this property.

Lage gut, das Hotel ist jedoch in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel, Boden, etc. alles relativ abgenutzt. Bett ist unbequem hart. Fitnessraum relativ klein, aber alles nötige vorhanden in guter Qualität. Pool ist gut, auf der Sonnenseite, die Liegen jedoch voller Flecken, nicht besonders angenehm. Andere Hotels in Pune in deutlich besserem Zustand. Frühstück ist gut. Essen gut. Personal natürlich überaus freundlich! Menschen sind einfach toll in Pune. Leider zum zweiten Mal das selbe Zimmer bekommen gegenüber den Aufzügen. Sehr hellhörig bis in die Nacht. Wahrscheinlich nicht wieder in dieses Hotel.
