Hotel room is very bad. Fan and ac is not working properly. No lift. Wash room is not clean and have pungent smell

I had a terrible experience, when i went on a trip to konark recently and stayed in hotel bay inn. Though rooms were big, bath room was small. At late night other people were allowed to come and they banged our doors. Smoking/cooking were allowed to do in common area. There was no much privacy for family members. Only positive is behaviour and attitude and hotel attendent and house owner. I would give zero rating for this property.
