During our visit to Rajasthan in August 2024, we had the pleasure of staying at Sterling Pushkar. After a late-night journey from Ajmer Sharif, we arrived at the hotel around midnight with our family and kids, feeling exhausted and hungry. Since the hotel restaurant was already closed, we called ahead to inquire if food could be arranged from a nearby restaurant. To our relief, Mr. Adarsh Dilip Choudhary from Sterling Pushkar, despite being from the Maintenance department, went out of his way to help us. He personally went to the nearest restaurant, made all the arrangements and brought us food, showing exceptional dedication to customer service. When we offered him a tip in gratitude, he humbly refused, saying, "It's my pleasure to serve you, even though it's late night." His kindness and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Mr. Adarsh, for your exemplary service. Your actions truly reflect the pride of your organization.
