Ulasan Phoenix Hotel Pyeongchang

Room is big enough for 3 luggage. And plenty of place the wet ski equipments. Great view if your room is face to the ski slopes.

Great stay! Just in front of the slopes.  Many restaurants nearby. Easy parking if you are driving.  Absolutely recommended

Lot of facilities around the hotel such as convenience store, restaurant and kids’ play zone. But KTX are always full during peak season and we have to stand throughout the trip in railway

Phoenix hotel is located right in Phoenix snow park. And they have direct access to the slopes so very convenient: An area of improvement - the whole ski equipment ski wear rental is very confusing. We don’t speak Korean and the ski rental counter speaks only Korean so we ended up paying 200000 KRW for one half day ski pass and a day ski wear rental: advice - use google translate to be very precise what you are paying for The club suite room is big and spacious and very comfortable beds . Will stay again albeit a bit pricey on room rates

At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.

A great Hotel.  We enjoyed the wonderful wine selections.  Good buffet breakfest.

Upscale hotel with good breakfast..but watch out for big crowds..the lobby Cafe is annoying that is not open all day

Hotel room is clean and big enough. The staff is very polite and let us to use the room earlier. And is really close to the ski house. Overall is nice :)

Very sad to see a once great hotel deteriorate. The rooms, hallways, elevators, furniture in the rooms are all stained, grimy, and or just completely worn out. The lobby café used to be a great place for morning coffee and snack or lunch. However, now it opens only at 3 PM for extremely overpriced beer and wine. The selection of beer wine is horrible. There is absolutely zero food on the menu not even a simple snack to go with your overprice beer .There is nowhere in this hotel to get a coffee in the morning. The front desk team smiles and tells you to go out to the hotel next-door. Well, next time I will stay at that hotel. I recommend you do too.

Excellent location next to chairlift for skiing. Slope side rooms have amazing views.

Ski trip, this hotel is next to the ski lifts. Location is perfect, the fried rice in the lobby bar is delicious too.

곳곳에 먼지와 욕실에 머리카락들이 거슬렸지만 객실은 넓은 편이고 침구류가 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 작은 문제로 다칠뻔해서 피드백을 드렸는데 잘 해결되길 바라며 다음에 다시 방문하겠습니다.

離滑雪場超級近，週末有樂隊表演份額日超級好。環境衞生都不錯，主要是來滑雪的，這莉萍日雪場人甚少
