In the beginning, I would like that everything in this hotel is fine, starting from the moment of arrival in the reception and accommodation area, and the beautiful room in every way in terms of cleanliness and location 14117. I would also like to extend a big thank you to the kitchen department and all the people working there, especially Chef Tariq for the distinguished and varied food and his approachable method as well. Not alot to say except this hotel is exceptional, food different variety every day , cleanliness everywhere throughout the hotel was exceptional, beautiful gardens consistently maintained friendly staff , great location , great entertainment

One of the luxury resorts on Hugrdaga in terms of hospitality, animation activities, room cleaning, neutral view of Kalawy Bay, and fantastic food taste, quality, and presentation. Well we are now home after an absolutely outstanding 10 days at the Hotel. Everything for us was perfect. The staff were outstanding with special mentions for the below staff who made our stay so special: Karim Salah (Bar staff) Mahmoud Fekry (Bar staff) Amber (Entertainment) Xero (Entertainment) Abdalla Ali (Pool) I could mention so many more staff as they were all fantastic and we really have never experienced service like it from all departments. Our room was kept spotlessly clean each day. The air con in the room worked really well and kept us cool. The beds were comfortable and the sea view was spectacular (Room 16105) I won’t go into detail about each one but all the restaraunts including the bookable ones were brilliant. The food was plentiful and tasty and there was so much selection at breakfast lunch and dinner. The service was excellent but people need to understand that between 9-10am and 7-8pm are the busiest times and to be a little bit patient when wanting to reorder drinks. Despite being so busy the staff always had time to say hello and ask how things were. This was probably the best quality of food we have had at an all inclusive. All the pools were kept extremely clean and the thing that amazed us was as the fact the pool staff were so friendly, collecting your towels for you, putting them on the bed and putting the umbrellas up for you. They worked tirelessly to keep the floor free of excess water mopping them all the time. The beach was breathtaking with the sea crystal clear and a coral reef to snorkel off the jetty. The highlight for us was getting to swim with a turtle. The bar staff were all fantastic and it was table service everywhere apart from when we went to the shows. I’ve mentioned a few who we really got to know but all the staff work so hard and are extremely friendly. The drinks selection was varied and has something for everyone. There were water fridges in every bar and they were always full. The entertainment team were great, the activities during the day were the most we had seen, just one thing to note is that the hotel operated a policy were no one under 16 can take part in the activities bar a couple so if you have kids who want to get involved it’s just something to think about. There are a couple of activities that the kids can do however and these are on the boards. The entertainment in the evening began with a show put on by the team, this was generally the team dancing with Xero doing acrobatics, some of his routines were phenomenal. The dancers were great and kept people entertained. Again if people have been to Tui family life hotels or other all inclusives that offer Disney themed singing shows etc this isn’t what happens here. The focus of the evening was the party after the shows were the team got everyone involved and these were really fun, the kids were involved with the team too who were more than happy to dance and chat to them. Beautiful hotel, stunning grounds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless. All in all a fantastic holiday. Big shout out to mo and sherrif at the pool bar, both work so hard, and are an asset to the hotel. Entertainment team are amazing, food Hall again spotless and staff brilliant. Garden staff do not stop, stunning! Beach is also gorgeous and reef for diving an absolute must. You do get asked alot to do the activities but they do take no for an answer. I can see why people return year after year and we will be doing so too. Would highly recommend

Extremely nice hotel. Everything top: food, accommodation, staff. It is now the 3rd time and it remains a top destination: tranquility, no ambient noise, beautiful bay... top! Received medical assistance due to a “diver's ear”… top guidance, even in the days after the intervention. Had no influence on the wonderful holiday. We will definitely come back for numbers 4, , 5…A diamond in the desert! Top

Half way through 2 weeks here and I can’t speak highly enough of the place. They know how to mix relaxation and fun. It’s well suited to families couple, lively and chilled. I know that it isn’t why you book but it is the cleanest place we have ever been - squads of gardeners, pool staff and others pruning, mopping and ensuring everything is tip top. Without exaggeration, when you walk from the pool to the sun loungers a man appears to mop the puddles to prevent any slip hazard. The food is as good as we experienced when rated by tour operators at 5 star round the world. Massive veggie and vegan selections at each meal. The restaurants - Italian and Eastern so far - are very worth booking! The drinks are very good and you’re rarely left with an empty glass. Rooms - great. Nothing OTT but plenty of space and immaculate!! Mini bar is restocked with cans of Pepsi 7Up Heineken and water every day. Plenty of beds round the pool and decent towels. Bring a snorkel - there are amazing things to see - and I’ve lost count of the number of people that have been in the water with the turtle off the jetty. The fish stingray and octopus are all there to stand and look at 🐠 We did the quad safari at sunset. Not cheap around €100pp last 3 hours and in the top 5 experiences that we have had as a family. Worth every penny. We booked with Chill Tours round the pool and Soly and Body were off the scale as tour guides - we didn’t pay extra for a private tour but there was just the four of us and the guides making it a special experience! The photos at Sun set and video on the way to the Bedouin village were incredible. In the village you get a little food and drink and welcome shade. Bring local money for tips - although a little goes a looooong way. Also bring a good bug repellent. Only half way through and delighted we booed to come here. Don’t stress about anything negative that you read on here. This is a top place to holiday!

We've just come back from a week at kalawy and will definitely be back The resort is beautiful, well kept and clean .. someone mentioned lots of cats . ...there are a few . Maybe 20 on the whole resort but they stay in their own little areas and don't bother anyone. The grounds are kept impeccably tidy all day in 40 degrees, the pools are beautiful and not over crowded ,always plenty of sun loungers Staff are superb, cannot do enough for you but bear in mind they love a tip ( preferably English money ) Our room was spacious and clean, sea view and pool view....air con was a godsend as was the mini bar ,which was stocked daily Bathroom was huge Food was amazing,too much to choose from and always hot and freshly cooked Snacks bars by the pool offered burgers, chips, pizza, sandwiches and fruit all day. The guides do try to sell you things all the time but you can get a red scalf from the towel collection points to tie around your area and they don't bother you, but they are very nice and if you say no they will leave you alone The beach is amazing, mind the fish ! Snorkeling and boat ride for the day is a must Would suit couples, families with no children as its not geared up for young kids....no water park....tiny kids clubs and the activities available are mostly 16 or over If you want a week of relaxation and doing nothing this is the place !

Thankyou to everyone amazing amazing! we came last October and have just got back from our second stay, I absolute love everything about this resort, the food is the best we have ever had, fillet steak every night, the resort is spotless and all the staff work extremely hard and are all so lovely, cant wait to come back, the beds are so comfy best beds we have ever had, the snorkelling is fantastic you just walk along the pier and down the ladder and you are in the coral reef, there is always a lifeguard who is so passionate about the enviroment and the reef and is an expert guide ( Islam Mando) we swam with turtles on our last day, the previous time we swam with dolphins which my 15 year old daughter izzy was overjoyed about, all the staff cannot do enough for you, the restaurant where we sat inside in the air conditioned area the staff looked after us so well, they bring you fresh coffee or tea at breakfast and always refill your cup, drinks are ordered at lunch at evening and they bring them to your table, we ate one lunchtime at the beach taverna which was perfect, pizza, pasta salads and many more choices i do not have anything negative to say but just wish more guests would tip the staff as all the tips do get shared and is everyone did this it would show how much the staff are appreciated.
