Very good hotel. Amazing for children because it’s by the beach and because there are playgrounds very close, walking distance. The room was very confortable, we loved the bathtub by the window and the bath bomb. The restaurant was also very good. Breakfast was also delicious, mostly Chinese but good.

I visited Qingdao for my wife birthday trip and stayed at the hotel in St. Regis Qingdao for one night. I felt very good with the kind hospitality of the staff from the moment I arrived at the hotel. When I arrived at the lobby, I was informed of the room by the staff Ms. Eva. She was very kind and the service was very good. She prepared tea and cake for my wife for her birthday and informed me of the information needed to use the hotel. We were very surprised and touched by her service. I would like to thank the hotel staff Ms. Eva, for her help in the condition of the room and the birthday event. I look forward to seeing you again next time! Thank you very much. Ms. Eva :)

The location is perfect, breakfast is the best , although rooms need some renovation but instead it has great staff, Jennifer and Tina were so kind, and I was surprised Wendy who cleans 7th floor was super kind and with good English, if I were the manager of hotel I assign her for front desk that needs proficiency in English

Trip gives the impression this is a five star hotel. It's not. It is 4 star. It is also quite dated. It's not bad, but it's far from great. Again, Trip gives the impression that it much better than it is. It's quite a worn out place with rooms in desperate need of a makeover. It also lacks charm or a feel of sophistication. Just kink of bland, really. Also, you can really taste the savings at the breakfast buffet. Again, not bad, but really cheap and bland. The one stand out was the Chinese food I ordered for room service.

A great location to stay. Many places to visit are closer to the hotel. And it feels like home. The surrounding is quiet at night. Or even peaceful. But many things are shown that it has been renewed somewhat while ago. You can see wear and tear. The tv in the room doesn’t support 4K. I felt like I moved back to the 20th century. The crews of the hotel are helpful and showed me hospitality. So do I have a plan to sleep there again? It’s complicated.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel with great amenities off provided in the room and even laundry facilities available for free in order for guests to use. In addition, the check in process was seamless even if we didn’t speak Chinese as they were able to use google translate to communicate and allow us to check in. Wen Qiao was especially a standout as we were having some issues connecting to the WiFi and others were just saying that it wouldn’t have been possible to connect but she took the extra step of finding a way to do so without a Chinese number. She played a huge part in starting off the stay at the hotel in such a welcoming way by taking the extra step to help resolve the issue and made us feel welcome even if we didn’t speak Chinese.

I got a free upgrade to business suite. Since I've been staying here repeatedly, I will only comment on the changes. Still awesome beds and quiet. Still efficient concierges - thanks for the upgrade! Didn't have breakfast this time around. At least for the suite, they seem to have fixed the plumbing/smell issue they had a while ago, this is a big plus.

This is not your top five-star hotel, if that's what you're after. I've seen much better ones. BUT, I somehow had the best swimming beach vacation since 1975 at this hotel. Problems: 1) worn-out towels: 2) no clothing cupboard; 3) no bathrobes; 4) smallish room size; 5) noone speaks English at the check-in desk 6) no in-room safe. Havingg said that, I REALLY enjoyed a simple swimming beach vacation at this holiday. They clean up my room when I asked them to; They don't bother you when you're there; they're friendly when you check in or out. And there's a common refrigerator at the check-in desk if you really need to have your food to be preserded for a couple of days. One problem: DIDi cars have a hard time accessing you: the road outside the Hoel is pretty much heavily-used, so get ready to facing difficulties when getting to your DIDI ride... Overall, a very positive outlook. Will definitely come again Positives: 1) Great Location. Right on the Bathing Beach 1; 2) Helpful Destk Sfuff; 3) Located In the best Qingdao historical area of Badaguan; 4) near the best Qingdao sea food restaurants; 5) you'll get the best of the sun and ocean vacation overall. 開始出了點小插曲，但是很快給解決了，還給升了房，送了下午茶。房間很大，設施完備，衞生總體不錯，美景無敵，可以房間看日出。服務很到位，專屬服務高小姐真的很不錯。早餐在12樓，種類適中，味道不錯，可惜冬天去沒有晚餐了。位置的話略偏，不過棧橋啊，中山路啊，我走着也過去了，離青島站很近，要不是帶的箱子太重，可以步行過去的，下次去還會住。建議定期擦一下外窗，外窗真的都是印子，對不起這美景

給免費升了房間，服務很好。房間裏的影音模式非常不錯，屏幕很大，就是沒有會員需要自己登錄。是智能家居，有小機器人幫忙送外賣唯一遇到的問題就是酒店的床墊有點潮濕，不知道是什麼原因，智能家居里的設備都顯示設備離線，但是發現的時候太晚了就沒打擾前台，希望以後檢查過再讓客人入住。

Husband and I came on a business + leisure trip. Convenient location, and super friendly and helpful staffs. Initially we booked this place for 2 nights only, we decided it’s so good and booked the remaining days here also and extended a few more nights! Both rooms we stayed in were amazing. The rooms are nice and clean. Definitely is coming back next time! The place is a good stay for both family and couple; business or leisure.
