Ulasan Xiaodao Breeze Seaview Homestay (Qingdao May Fourth Square Vientiane City Branch)

The most amazing location in Qingdao directly opposite Mixi mall and walking distance from the May 4th square. The apartment is modern, clean and have the most amazing views. The check-in is super smooth and the host is the most friendly and kind ever making you feel right at home. I will be coming back here over and over again. If you find yourself looking for accommodation in Qingdao central. This is the place to be!!!

The position was amazing. It was fun to have a palm in our room. But the place was not clean at all and the bed was uncomfortableto sleep on. The bathroom was old and a bit dirty. But the host was really kind and helpful

This room was a total disappointment from the beginning. Only found out the night before we travelled, this room was almost 1 km walking distance from May 4th Square where we were planning on staying - Too late to look for alternative accommodation so we had no choice. Its true location is near the intersection between Hongkong Middle Road and Yan'erdao Road, not far from Yan'erdao metro station. Being marketed as a deluxe room but in reality anything but. Cleanliness - Very dusty everywhere, walls, windows, kitchenette area, dining table, wardrobes, bedroom floor etc. Beds - On the extreme hard side, and creaks when you turn and toss around in bed, sheets did not feel clean even on our first night there. Wardrobes - Heavy wooden smell, one of them even had furniture spare parts lying around. Bath & Toilets - Hot water pressure too low. Takes 1.5 hours to fill the bath tub up to 3/4 full. Heavy limescale around the sink areas. Only flimsy thin disposable towels provided. Sliding door does not shut fully. Kitchenette area - Oil/food stains found on the stove, fridge has a strong food odour, cabinets had rubbish in it (eg. used cutlery, used disposable towels). Surroundings - Located in a relatively quiet residential area, several convenience stores and small food shops on the same street, and a bigger mall 5-10 mins away. Nice views out of the windows.

The room was clean and warm that we had a very good experience staying at the place. The location is also superb that will definitely come back if I come Qingdao again.

The location was awesome, and the staff was so kind. You shouldn't expect the rooms to be super clean like ordinary hotels but the bed sheets are clean and we have hot shower so that's enough for a family to spend a day. This room also has a nice view. The curtains are very thick so the night lights won't bother your sleep. Amazing choice of hotel 👌

It is nice and romantic place. Very good location. After a long walk trip, we are very tired and it was pleasure to see movies at projector, I love it too much. There is small kitchen but it is impossible to cook, because there is no kitchen tableware, only knifes. I love Dyson in bath. There was only one disadvantage is a towel, there were not normal towels, only small one use towel. Everything was nice, thank you!

Perfect location. Neat and clean room. The night view from the room is mersimizing. The caretaker and owner are very helpful and cooperative. Amenities are well provided. Most of the facilities like shopping places, restaurants, cafes, sightseeing places, metro stations, etc are within walkable distance. Have a projector and a big screen for entertainment purposes. Perfect for couples.

tidy, quite comfortable and good facility. My girlfriend and me stay peacefully whole night.

Check in process was somewhat confusing and difficult as a non-native. It took coordinating with Trip to settle our issues. Otherwise, hotel was okay.

very clean and comfortable. There is a small welcome package including fruits and soft drinks. Will definitely consider choosing this one next time.

The location is within 5mins walk to May Forth monument and Olympic site. On the other side there is MixC mall with supermarket, restaurants, cafes and plenty of shops. And the metro is right outside the hotel which is superb. The cleaniness level could be improved and it will help if the shower has shower-curtain so the water will not splash everywhere.

I had a fantastic stay at Xiaodao Breeze Seaview Homestay. The excellent location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made my trip memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future.
