I recently had the pleasure of staying at the amazing hotel with a fantastic location and incredibly friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the major attractions and surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately immerse myself in the vibrant energy of the city. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could possibly need. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the little touches that made me feel right at home. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every single person I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeping staff, was incredibly kind, attentive, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Their genuine hospitality made my stay truly special and memorable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with exceptional customer service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the city.

The location is just perfect. Close to the subway station, close to the May 4th square, and many other places, like western restaurants and bars. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. It's a 3 star hotel, but so far covered all my expectations.

酒店位於市中心，周圍吃飯逛商場都很方便，不遠處就是麥凱樂購物中心。 酒店工作人員熱情有禮貌，每次進出都會微笑和人打招呼。 房間小冰箱裏有飲料和礦泉水是免費的，可以放心喝。房間裏的洗漱用品質量都不錯，原本自己帶了洗髮水，但用了酒店提供的，感覺也不錯，再加上青島的水質好，洗完頭髮是蓬鬆的，身上也是滑滑的不乾燥。 餐廳在地下一層，自助早餐種類豐富，個人覺得豆腐腦很好，自己按照口味調配喜歡的味道。咖啡機旁邊有紙杯，可以帶走喝，很人性化。 最後一天由於一早要趕火車，早餐還沒開，前台工作人員得知後二話沒説就到餐廳幫我們拿了一大袋吃的，有燒麥、小包子、玉米、山葯、炒菜、大蝦、蛤蜊、酸奶和水果，我們在火車站等候進站的時候吃的，很感謝也很感動！

Old-fashioned luxury hotel. Very difficult to change the AC temperature which meant it was way too hot in the room. Breakfast is plenty and good quality. I will not book again, though.

The hotel room is spacious and clean. It has a great location about 5 min walk to the train station and the beach. The service was super good, satisfying all the needs of customers. Besides a free good breakfast, they provided afternoon tea for both days even though we stayed only for one night. There is also a free upgrading of room for our next booking. Very friendly and warm staffs.

Perfect location. Neat and clean room. The night view from the room is mersimizing. The caretaker and owner are very helpful and cooperative. Amenities are well provided. Most of the facilities like shopping places, restaurants, cafes, sightseeing places, metro stations, etc are within walkable distance. Have a projector and a big screen for entertainment purposes. Perfect for couples.
