This hotel is very close to a beautiful beach which is a plus, however this hotel seems to be just for chineses guest, the staff didn't speak English and though they tried to do their best this was dissapointing about a Hilton hotel, is the first time when something so basic such as asking for the menu in the restaurant or basic questions such as the ckeck in or check out time, if they could provide me more complementary water, etc, could not do it because I could not communicate with them properly.

Nice, basic hotel in a great location. 3.0 star Western standard. Room was clean and spacious. Next door to a great shopping mall and walking distance to a beach and local attractions. Breakfast was fine for the price. Housekeeping is hit-and-miss starting in the afternoons. They forgot to restock our toothbrushes and water bottles more than once. We waited an hour for water one night and they completely skipped turndown service the next night. Probably a staffing issue. Otherwise, the stay was satisfactory and we would choose to stay there again.

It was my husband birthday and booked Shangri-la, It was very clean and have a stunning view. The room has a nice smell. The reception was very cheerful, and they all could speak English. I requested a birthday theme for my husband's birthday and they designed the room with some towel, also send a free cake and red wine. ( I have to mention, Thank you dears)
The breakfast was very delicious. We also tried the Buffet dinner one night, it was very delicious with both choices Chinese and Western.
The swimming pool was clean.

這幾年幾乎每年的四月份都要來海岸線酒店住兩天，在老虎石海灘這玩玩兒，旁邊有海岸線飯店，出門就是海灘，吃住看海一條龍，很方便，以前來搭帳篷得在靠路這邊專門帳篷區搭，今年我看也沒人管了，可以隨便在海邊搭，看看海，喂喂老虎石公園那邊的海鷗，放放風箏，純粹在海邊休閑兩天！

The women at the reception were nice. The room we rented had two balconies with the sea view. They provide some cooking utensils so you can cook there if you need to. But the room was dusty when we arrived and the room service didn’t take cleaning of the room very important. The worst part was that their towels smelled badly, I hope they do something about that. Overall it wasn’t bad

在直播間看到的房源，結果直播結束沒有訂到、果斷打商家電話，來攜程訂，抱着試試看的態度，訂了一個晚上，到了園區、管家聽到我説一個人帶娃沒有開車，熱情的開車來接，入住後、太哇曬了，房間寬敞、有外陽台，是一次性的備品和浴巾-果斷續住兩天；光是園區裏我和娃就完了兩天。睡到自然醒，租個三輪車🛺漫無目的的園區裏溜溜噠噠、海邊很近 踩踩水-沙子很細 挖挖沙/就餐的話二食堂和三食堂都去了，三食堂相比二食堂優秀的不止一點點，從衞生到環境再到美食，累死阿那亞的食堂；衹是美食種類沒有阿那亞多。第一次來蔚藍海岸 淡季出行真的香，這一次行程還沒結束、已經開始計劃下一次要帶媽媽一起來

First, I wold like to thank the staff for their excellent service, in particular, I would like the management to recognize 我的名字是Meijiaxue for her help. Staff speak minimal English but worked very hard to understand us and give us extra care. I would recommend that the hotel have a wechat account available for foriegners to contact the front desk for easy translation. 我的名字是Meijiaxue connected with us this way, via our request. She went out of her way to help book us a car, order food and buy products.
The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The rooms are stunning and feel very high end, luxury. The building is new and well maintained. Shampoo, soap and conditioner is a lovely lavendar and mint, natural product.
Upon arrival you are given tickets for on site alpaca feeding and DIY drawing activity. We only did the alpaca feeding which only took 5 minutes but was immensely fun.
Breakfast buffet was well done and more than enough food for only 24 rooms, primarily chinese food but some western dishes.
Location was the only downfall. I thought being only 15 minutes from downtown and the beach would be no problem for a taxi. However, it was almost immposible to get a taxi or Didi. There is nothing else in the area so there are no cars in the area. One night we wanted to go to dinner and waited an hour trying to get a car, before eventually giving up. The staff then helped us to order in food instead. If you are able to get a car, its only around 20rmb to DT, when we were able to get a car.
Overall, I would absolutely visit again and recommend, Ideally with a car.

The building is beautiful and includes a mini museum exhibition of calligraphy and lovely gardens. The room was clean, comfortable and provided 6 bottles of complementary water.
The staff were friendly and helpful, even letting me check out at 2pm since I had a 3pm train to Dalian.
Location wise the hotel is situated right next to the first gate under Heaven tourist area. You can get a good view of the gate even from the hotel courtyard, also walkable to restaurants and the drum tower just a couple hundred meters away.
Lastly it’s just a short taxi ride from the rail station (1.6km/5min/8rmb) and laolongtou Great Wall section (7km/15min/15rmb).

PPengguna TetamuI recently stayed in room 3129 at this hotel and overall, I had a good experience. The location is excellent as it sits right in front of the beach. The hotel also has a hot spring which is a nice addition, although some areas were not functioning properly due to being broken.
The reception staff was very attentive and friendly, particularly one male employee. However, it seemed that the female staff members were not as willing to work.
I highly recommend trying the massage services offered at the hotel. I had a neck and back massage which left me satisfied.
The breakfast buffet was decent and the dining room supervisor and the reception staff at the buffet were friendly and hardworking. Most of the cooks and servers provided good service.
I would also recommend paying for the dinner buffet as it offers a wide variety of seafood. The only downside was a young grill cook who lacked proper manners when I asked a question about the food. He responded lazily and rudely. Additionally, there was a young waitress with a tattoo on her leg who seemed uninterested in working. While the rest of her colleagues were cleaning and setting up tables, she would simply join them and sit down or play with her mobile phone.
In terms of the room, the cleanliness was below the minimum standard. It was quite neglected, as they only mopped the floor and it still wasn't clean. There were hairs from previous guests throughout the room. The private hot spring in the room could also use some improvement.

AAdam ScottAwesome! I checked in and was escorted to my room. The manager 王泽宇 came up to me a few minutes later. The nice guy who escorted me to my room told 王泽宇 that the room was cold. I hadn't even noticed. The immediately upgraded me to a better room. A little later, they came up to my room with a gift because of Chinese New Year. Excellent service, fantastic room, I would recommend this place to anyone!

PPengguna Tetamu春節旅行返程途中住了一晚。優點是酒店距離山海關景區很近，步行可達，酒店大部分工作人員服務態度還是比較熱情的。缺點也很多，當天到達酒店是晚上9點多，前台辦理入住衹有一名工作人員，本來長途開車已經很疲憊，一直還沒有吃晚飯，一直在排隊等待辦理入住真的是不舒服😔；房間在4樓，走廊有濃重的酒菜氣味，地上還鋪有裝修廣告語；房間除了兩瓶雜牌子礦泉水其他都是收費的，洗澡噴頭衹有一個頂頭的花灑，還好水壓還是可以的；可能是因為當天到達時間比較晚地下停車場沒讓；第二天的早餐也比較簡單，樣式少，麪點等餐品已經涼了。

Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k
Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors.

DDayunhebeian離金夢海灣沙灘最近的酒店，衹隔一條馬路，金夢一號小區的配套建築。房間設施很新，住着舒服，要是大床房為2米床或者是拼接床大床就更好了，適合親子住。
酒店附屬餐廳午餐做的不錯，品質在線。但早餐品質一般般，比快捷酒店強一點點。現做的檔口離就餐區遠，提供食物也不積極，等待時間長，減分項。

FFred 弗雷德We arrived to hotel around 11:00. And It took about 40 minutes to make a check in. Receptionist wasn't ready to deal with foreigners. They asked many different questions like ”What is the purpose of you visit?”, ”When did you arrived to China?”, ”How did you arrived?”, ”What airport?”. In my opinion it is non of their concern. Also a 4 stars hotel can't accept Alipay payment.
Hotel is kida far from seaside. We were traveling by our own transportation, so it takes around 20 minutes to get to the sea.
On the other hand, rooms are amazing! Very clean, rooms were already cooled down when we arrived, tasty breakfast, and smiling personal.

It is built and decorated in the traditional style of the area. Large, comfortable beds, the a/c unit warms the room. A filling and varied breakfast is delivered to the room in the morning. The staff are cheerful and pleasant. The hotel boasts a restaurant in a separate building which serves a wide selection of delicious food. Private dining rooms are available. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would be very happy to return.
