我覺得地點很好，只要走一點路就到城堡區，有名的景點都在附近！停車也方便，接待人員很親切，提供很好的服務！價格其實很親民，如果以性價比跟附近飯店比較…我認為是很不錯的選擇！這次我們住在11樓 ，房號1120 看過去的view 真的非常好！其實四樓有設置游泳池..很多人進場使用，一樓也有SPA..他的一樓餐廳其實很不錯…但是我們並無訂餐！因為飯店出門右轉就看到一排我認為是魁北克最安靜的用餐街…可以盡情享用早中晚餐甚至宵夜！消費其實不會比一般貴…每人均消大概30元加幣…一群人share 吃 可以更低！不過在這用餐很悠閒啦！飯店的床很好睡..電視也是65-70吋的大電視，每一間都有浴缸…其實是很不錯的選擇…大家可以選擇為魁北克旅途中的飯店。

We had a king suite, meaning a full pull out sofa and a large room. Corner room on the third floor (which is called the second floor here). The ground floor is the tourist center and you simply take the elevator or stairs up one floor to reception. Friendly reception staff and house keeper. Amazing views of the Musee du Fort, Chateau Frontenac, Place d’Armes park across the street, and Dufferin Terrace. Street performers out front, but they were done by 9:00 pm. We really enjoyed them. Comfy bed, including the cot we asked for. QUIET hotel. Good Wi-Fi and adequate outlets. We controlled the heat, and figured it out fairly easily. Nice rainfall shower along with a handheld function if you want it…..water got HOT just for a minute or two but it was gradual, and I just waited it out. TV was not working at all, but I just pushed all the buttons until the cable started working…lol. We had a nice refrigerator…no microwave but they have one if you ask. The room and hotel have really been updated with stylish decor, but you still get the 1810 feel of the building. Location simply can’t be beat….we did the double decker bus tour which leaves right out front. We also did the underground excavation tour underneath the Dufferin Terrace, a two minute walk. And Starbucks in the Chateau Frontenac is a one minute walk. (We also walked beyond the Chateau at dusk up to the highest point in Old Quebec, to see the AMAZING view. It took five minutes to walk there). Parking underneath City Hall is a seven minute walk back to the hotel. I give Manoir Morgan 4.5 bubbles….the only little things that knock it down a little bit are a lack of actual blackout curtains (although the shades are not bad), and the price was a bit steep ($250 on a Sunday and Monday). Also the ceiling lights were VERY bright, while the lamps were dim. Need one really good lamp. But high praise for this gem.

Beautiful hotel and room. The location is good in old Quebec but to get to other locations requires a walk down and up the steep hill. Amenities such as the gym is quite basic but does the job.

The hotel was within walking distance to the old part of the city. The food at the hotel was wonderful. The room was so unique with the stone walls. We would definitely book at the Port Royal again.

Had a budget-friendly stay at this hotel, situated about 15 minutes away from Old Quebec by car. The room was modest in size, and the overall condition was okay. Despite not being very close to the main attractions, the low price point and complimentary breakfast make it a reasonable choice for those looking for an affordable and light stay.

I stayed at the four points Sheraton convention center in Levis as part of a couple business trips. I had a very pleasant experience every time. The hotel is nicely located in Levis, close to most business locations an entertainment venues if the city. It is very easily accessible by car and has a free outdoor parking or an indoor one for $12/night. The check in procedure is very simple and fast. It took me literally 2 min to clear check in. The rooms are quite spacious. Mine was overlooking the parking. Not a very nice view but quite refreshing as the whole wall is actually a glass window. If you like sunshine like I do, such rooms are perfect: The hotel seems to be new because they don’t have an operational kitchen, so you can’t order to your room. So I used my Ubereats subscription for my in room dining. There are a few good options close by to dine out. I personnalité reconnue Délice which is 5 min away on foot. A nice gesture in the morning, the hotel offers free coffee and tea in the lobby. So you can grab yours while in the way to work. The checkout procedure is also as simple as the checkin, 2 min and you are out. Finally, one has to mention the personnel who are all very nice and extremely helpful. This is very much reflective of the culture of the region. I recommend this hotel if you are planning on staying in Levis. It is the nicest option in town and you will definitely feel comfortable. ***Please like this review if you find it helpful. Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting old quebec. If you can manage an easy 10 minute drive into old quebec, this place is ideally located. In a quiet, nice, clean neighborhood it has great facilities to hand. There are gas station, Tim's and local store within walking distance, and lots iv great restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean and quiet....I got the impression we were the only one in there! Downsides....the staff were somewhat matter of fact at reception, no info about spa, Cafe etc, just here's your keys, sign here. We stayed in what looks to be a new addition to the hotel and the elevator can only be described as the slowest in Canada, I get it, it's a disabled use friendly one, but be prepared to wait for it! The stairs are not an option when you have heavy suitcases.

The arrival at the hotel started badly with a young receptionist full of germs she kept spreading in her tissue and around (as if we did not just get out of a pandemic that showed us how far any virus can travel) and she started laughing at me in French (assuming that I do not speak over 10 languages including French) saying that I want a room taken by another customer: how rude of her to assume that. The older manager thankfully intervened and the room we checked in via the app was given to us, explaining to the manager, however sick from the road I was, that we did not want something extraordinary: - the room had the lines of the newly built hotels we stayed in the USA and just like in the USA, this room proved to have poor insulation between rooms, slamming doors and the trepidation noises on the hallways to make stuff vibrate in the room. Thankfully everything stopped soon after 10pm and we had a good night sleep only disturbed by the construction next door the following morning, however quiet those people were trying to operate their machinery - parking at the back of the hotel is safe and thankfully Google satellite helped us immensely with travelling to and from Quebec City trying to avoid the major road works happening just about everywhere - the hotel is located near a major shopping area and a Walmart great with icecreams and drinks we always like having - breakfast at the hotel included warm items and it was varied although people kept taking multiple tables to sit and talk: I guess the lower floors were rather busy since we hardly heard any talk up our floor - the manager was kind in thinking of sending a warm up gift, although I wish the young female receptionist would receive further training and stopped assuming things she wanted to assume about customers who effectively pay her salary

The room was large and clean. The service was a miss. Breakfast was as most places just a other mediocre experience. Apples and canned fruit cocktail were the only fruits offered. Coffee was brown water. No real service. Tables were dirty. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful.

Le service est super, l'hôtel magnifique et la vue sur le Lac de toute beauté. La chambre est d'une grandeur parfaite avec un beau balcon. La seule chose qui me dérange et je crois que maintenant c'est comme ça dans tout les hôtels, l'heure d'arrivée est pour 16h. Ce qui ne donne pas 24h de location pour la chambre mais le tarifs est le même.
