The room is good. They upgrade it to suite room since they dont have available room that i booked. Employees were accommodating. Thank you. Will come back again

This is our 3rd time booking to this hotel. Very convenient location, budget friendly, good selection of food and tidy rooms.

Did enjoyed our short stay. Very much appreciated everything and definitely this will be our regular hotel once we will be again in Manila. This place is worth recommending. Congrats to all the staff and management of this hotel. Continue this kind of management services to all your guests.

This is our “Go To” Hotel whenever we have an event to attend/ have something to buy or meet in the Metro. A few walks away from the mall and local transpo.

Excellent! New towels🙂 The service is excellent, the staffs are veey accomodating and attentive to the needs of customers. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and travelers like me. Keep it up and God bless you!

The location is great The staff are helpful But the room lacks amenities and the toilet won't flush well or I just got unlucky 😂😂 Noises also during midnight when other guest walking are heard But if you are not maarte then its recommended for you

Good location, SM North EDSA is just 3-5minutes walk away,.. The room have bathtub and the shower is located above it,.. Hot shower was working well,.. towels, sachet of shampoo and toothpaste, toothbrushes, bottled water and small soap were provided in the room,.. Breakfast is buffet, food were delicious, you just have to come early ‘coz during the first morning, we went down around 8:30 and they’re not refilling some of the foods anymore as breakfast is only until 9am

Inconvenience in the mall and public transportation easy to access.

Our stay was sulit for the price we payed. Our room is clean and spacious for its price. Downside is the aircon has no remote so you don't have control in temperature. The bed in our room is huge, it can fit 3 persons however, because its a 2 separate solo beds, the mattress always slide sideways and separates at the center. Location wise, its near to the malls so you can have leisure time. There's no kettle in the room so be prepared if you want to drink hot drinks.

The location is great its just right in front of SM north. The receptionist are nice but the service in the dining is worst. We ordered chapchae and liempo ans we waited an hour and half to bw delivered with 2 follow ups from the reception. The food was horrible the chapchae was covered in oil it was disgusting

We booked for FOB concert. Loc was sooo convenient as it was just next to araneta coliseum

Prefered floor is OK. Room is big YES it is ideal for Family. Location is good very accessible to all. On our first day of stay we noticed our AC is not working properly. I suggest to call directly to the GSO if you need anything esp. electric fan, kettle etc. At first we didn’t know that Room Cleaning is upon request even you leave traces notes on your booking. You must inform FO. SPECIAL mention to SIR HOUSEMAN (i forgot his name)on duty who assisted us to unlock our doorlutch and to all our concerns.
