Very convenient to the airport, and you can arrange shuttle/taxi service to and from the airport through the hotel for $10 each way. They were very responsive through *********** messaging and are so friendly in person. The included breakfast is excellent, and you can also have dinner at a reasonable additional cost—just let them know at breakfast if you'll want dinner that night. I loved my little room! Very cozy, and WiFi worked well. The property is lovely to spend time on. It's warmer here than in the actual city of Quito, so the pool is a nice perk, and they have a quiet, peaceful gazebo that was pleasant to sit and read and journal in. There's a sweet little pond near the main building with interesting-looking ducks. A step outside of the property takes you to nice views of a deep gorge cut by a river. This is a family-run business, and it was so nice to get to meet all of them—including the cat! Not everyone there speaks English, so if you don't know Spanish well, be prepared with Google Translate or similar. I look forward to staying at Hosteria Colibri Aeropuerto again in the future. You're close to the airport, so it's only natural that once in a while you'll hear the loud roar of an airplane engine—but they didn't come by as frequently as I'd have thought, and the sleeping hours were quiet. During the day, it was pretty cool to watch the planes flying overhead.

Quito Terrace is an exceptional urban oasis, with leafy multi-level terraces, a fountain, a kitchen, immaculate rooms, and good security. The hotel staff were all friendly and helped us solve some computer and scheduling problems; they also let us store our luggage when we went to the Amazon. We liked the location - an easy walk to Old Town but not too touristy. Quito Terrace came to feel like our home away from home during our trip to Ecuador.

Literie confortable. La WiFi fonctionne. Hôtel en plein cœur du quartier Mariscal près de la place Foch... Très bien situé dans ce quartier sécurisé. Le couple de gérant est aux petits soins avec nous et ils vous donneront plein de bons conseils. Je recommande.
