I am a frequent buyer of a few bakery products from Caramel which are really good btw. Today I had this opportunity to meet Sailesh. This was probably my 3rd stay in Capitol Residency. Right from the gate security *** to the reception desk, in-room dining to restaurant staff all are friendly and genuinely welcoming. Nice, comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast spread is great.. Had some snacks (veg/non-veg) they were delicious.. overall a great stay.. location is great

It was an amazing experience. The staff are very helpful. The reception and the room service staff are too good. We arrived at 4am as our train was 5 hrs late and we got steaming hot food. When we were leaving, we had asked for our dinner to be packed. it was not ready so we left. To our absolute surprise, it was delivered to my train coach.

Awesome experience. Everything was perfect. Very polite staff and very fast service. Neat and clean rooms. Awesome food. Not a single point of regrets. Persons who took special care were Mr. Satish Mishra And Mr. Wasim Akhtar. Both are gems in the managerial team need special mention in my review.

We have a excellent experience during stay at Chanakya from check in to check out. During check in time, we received a warm welcome by the staff at reception and room allotted within a short time maintaining all formalities. Room service and house keeping were prompt. Quality of food was also good. Hassel free bill payment gave me a good experience.

The room was nice, the service staff and the reception manager were very helpful. Complementary breakfast and dinner items were very limited.
