Mosquitos issue, bathroom window is open Aircon noise sometimes was loud at night Everyday experience short blackout two times or more. I found out that this is common at Ranchi. Overall, good experience."

"Horrible experience of scheduling a wedding here this November. 1. Deal was never on paper as the manager kept delaying it saying we will handle it don't worry, later when we were to make the payment they took a u-turn. 2. Mohit Nursery and Sanjay was the person handling as the manager and they cheated us on the price. They were trying to scam us on the GST bill as well. They were also charging us for the complimentary bridal and groom room, I have attended wedding at Lemon Tree, Radison blu but this was the first time I've heard. 3. The decoration under Mr. Uttam was incomplete even at 9pm, the premise was not even clean until we had to make hundreds of calls. The DJ guy was using Youtube to play the music saying the excuse that the laptop is damaged. How is this our fault if you are making such excuse. The DJ guy was a totally illiterate person playing random songs with no context. Overall the Holiday Home has completely ruined the wedding and I would never recommend anyone to host any wedding related function. The hotel is also very old and the waiter for the catering is totally unprofessional."

Daily room cleaning, changing of towels etc. Power back up no power cut off. I think cheap and best place for stay. Staff is very humble and always ready for the instructions. If i ask them any thing extra they have a quick response. Meal is super delicious."
