Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread, big comfy beds, laundry facility is a huge plus. Would want to make a special mention of Winthu, from house keeping, who did an excellent job of ensuring that my room was spic and span at all times. One of the most hard working employees that I have come across and would request the management to please convey my appreciation to him.

On January 27th, 2024, my daughter Hannah Gabriele Buan Espino celebrated her 18th birthday at Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, where the venue was Saqr Hall. After the event, we received extremely good feedback from our guests about the food served. They said it was really amazing, cooked fresh and clean. Also, the venue and room was stunning and all the staff were very friendly, with good manners, and very helpful. My husband and I are extremely happy about the feedback and would like to give a BIG thanks to all the team and staff of the hotel, especially Mrs. Thess, who patiently assisted us with all our inquiries and Mrs. Juliet also helped us with room bookings. The hotel is packed with tourist… the front desk initially give me a double bed even my booking says king bed with sofa. When we are already relaxing in our room after a long drive, someone from maintenance came and fix the design at the top of the headboard. They should be doing this before the guest checked in. Such an inconvenience! When I reported this to the front desk, they said they will check but never came back to me. The next day, I was asking for the help of the lifeguard to open the umbrella but he refused and told me to ask the help of other staff even though the umbrella is just behind him! We stayed to a lot of hotels and this is the first time I’m experiencing this poor service! The only good thing in this hotel is the breakfast and the houskeeping. They are well trained and nicer compared to other departments.

لم يعجبني الاقامة ابدا السرير مقابل باب الغرفة اي اي شخص يفتح الباب ممكن يشوفك ونحن كمسلمين محجبات شي جدا سيء الامر الثاني اخذت غرفة مع افطار الافطار من اسوء مااكلت المخبوزات واضح جدا انها قديمة وتم فقط تسخينها لتقديمها لنا الفاكهة كمان غير طازجه لم يعجبني شي صراحه الشي ء فقط الجيد هو الطاقم صراحه كويسين من الاستقبال لخدمة الغرف صراحه كان خيبة امل الاقامة بهالفندق
