We 3 adults and 2 large dogs arrived tired and hungry, and we greeted with efficiency and kindness. Tiffany at the front-desk made us feel like we were checking into her own business. We were accidentally checked into a room that hadn't been yet serviced, she was horrified. We switched quickly and efficiently. Later that night, she comped me some M&Ms from the little store. Nice experience.

We absolutely LOVE staying at this hotel each time we come 2/passing thru Redding... this last trip, we were extremely tired having traveled back 2 Cali from Idaho with an additional 8 hrs to go for our final destination. Chris, your evening desk personnel was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we walked in until we were settled in our room!!! I ALWAYS recommend your hotel to our family/friends that may be passing thru Redding because I know they won't be dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms but if you could clone ”another Chris” as far as excellent customer service, friendliness, and his welcoming ability no matter how tired you are, you guys would have it ALL!!! HE'S AMAZING!

Chose this location due to the best ratings on trip advisor. It's adjacent to a park with the Sundial Bridge, which was fun to walk to after dinner. The hotel itself seemed well cared for and comfortable. I felt the room was quite clean, though we notice a 'missed' french fry under one of the beds. Overall was a good experience since we were just travelling through Redding. Will also comment that the person at the front desk seemed to be training someone; she seemed to scoot that trainee away and help us herself, but she did not have very good customer service skills for what I would expect in this level of hotel. Did not volunteer any information, did not ask us how we were, seemed only to want to do the minimum and be done with us.

一下高速公路边就能到達酒店🏨，周邊環境感覺在鄉村一樣😅但酒店设施比較陈旧，我们的房間有一股臭味久久不散，跟前台交涉无效不能换房，只能提供一支空氣清新剂。一个晚上窗戶不敢关上，实在是臭得不行。我們带了一只四个月大的小狗🐶，在网站上訂房時並沒有看到任何說明是需要另外收費的，結果check in時小狗要收費25美金。酒店提供的美式早餐還是可以的，服務員大姐人非常Nice!不过总体而言，酒店這樣的價格這樣的設施感覺太貴了。

房間是美式傳統酒店的樣子，無功也無過，週末這裏挺熱鬧的，很多小孩子去游泳池玩，過來度假短住一晚是可以的

There is no fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner flaps rattle. If you turn the air conditioner on high it crackles as well. The sliding door lock screw thing is worrisome.

I chose this hotel as a halfway point in our road trip from Seattle to Phoenix, mainly because of the good reviews and the fact it had a microwave and fridge. So, here's my review after staying here for one night. The hotel was easy to find and is located in a industrial park area, next to a Hampton Inn. Not a very scenic location, but it appeared to be safe if you need to walk your dog around the property. I didn't see any restaurants within walking distance, but there are certainly many within a 1 mile radius (we ate dinner at the Olive Garden which was a short distance up the road). I had booked a single room with 2 queen beds using my Marriott points, and the desk clerk offered to upgrade me at no cost to a larger 2 bedroom suite with king size beds. That gave us more room which we appreciated. The hotel and room both were very clean and looked fairly new, with everything working as expected. Each of the bedrooms and living area had a wall mounted airconditioner/heater unit which wasn't too noisy. The bathroom was large and clean. Complimentary breakfast was served in the lobby from 5 am to 9:30 am. The complimentary WiFi had download and upload speeds of 15 Mbps. For negatives, the bedrooms only had a few outlets available, so bring a power ***** if you have a lot of electronic devices to charge up.  I could hear cars driving on the nearby highway, but it seemed to lessen in the late evening & early morning. The beds were super firm, so much so it hurt my back and made it difficult for me to get a good night sleep. Finally, the bathtub drain was clogged and it filled up with water while I was taking a shower. Would I stay here again? I'm not sure, as I didn't get much restful sleep with the hard beds. I'm actually going to try a different Marriott location or Hilton hotel for the trip back to Seattle.
