Beautiful, clean room! Comfortable bed. Had problems with the handicap shower but decided we just might not know how to use it. Though we didn’t have a wheelchair, I noticed that there was plenty of room for one. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Great customer service, comfortable rooms. The TV in my room does need replaced as the screen for some reason has 3 very noticeable white spots but other then that it was a great stay.

Overall room conditions, amenities and cleanliness are satisfactory. The breakfast included are just basic stuffs, but coffee and tea are provided in the pantry throughout the day. However, the day front desk staff are the most unfriendly and unhelpful we have ever encountered.

Typical chain motel, with one huge difference! When we checked in, there was a desk clerk named Andrew. I have severe mobility issues, so we requested a room right next to the elevator. He went one better and gave us the closest room to the lobby so I had the minimum possible walk. Then he offered to help us find a closer place to park (we declined as the handicap spaces were close enough). The final interaction was after we went out to grab dinner and came back to grab a couple of things from the shop. Andrew asked if we wanted to pay cash or charge it to the room. When we answered the latter, he verified the room number, which is to say that he remembered the individual guests. As long as management hires and retains people like Andrew, this will be a very pleasant place to stay, and a rare find.

We 3 adults and 2 large dogs arrived tired and hungry, and we greeted with efficiency and kindness. Tiffany at the front-desk made us feel like we were checking into her own business. We were accidentally checked into a room that hadn't been yet serviced, she was horrified. We switched quickly and efficiently. Later that night, she comped me some M&Ms from the little store. Nice experience.

Harga tidak terlalu buruk. Bilik sangat bagus dan bersih. Kakitangan semuanya sangat baik. Sarapan percuma adalah jenaka, oatmeal dan buah-buahan.... buah-buahan sama ada tidak masak atau kelihatan seperti buah yang jatuh dari pokok dan pepijat telah melaluinya sebelum diambil dan diberikan kepada tetamu di hotel untuk sarapan pagi. Oh dan mesin jus telah rosak sepanjang saya berada di sini, 3 malam setakat ini. tetapi secara keseluruhannya tempat ini cukup bagus dan saya pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.
