Called Trip.com because there was no hot breakfast as advertised. I woke up and someone throw up on my balcony. I tried talking to the front desk. Since I used Trip.com they said I had to talk to them. False advertising for the food sadly. Waiting to hear back from Trip.com. I booked here because of the food. Would have booked directly on the boardwalk.

Great hotel walking distance to stores, bars and restaurants. And the beach! It was much quieter then I expected and clean. Nice staff. Descent breakfast in the morning. Excellent location. Was there for a friends 50th birthday and many of us stayed there. The rooms have a small balcony. One problem was that the wifi went out so it was difficult to do work, but other than that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again!

Our plans were changed and the woman who fielded my calls was very helpful in telling me what to do to be sure my reservation would be honoured then taking very good care of us when we, finally, arrived. She was super! Great hotel. Excellent locaiton.

The customer service was subpar. The rooms were big but dated. There was breakfast available but nothing hot and the only options consisted of prepackaged foods like muffins, yogurt, and prepackaged waffles. VERY minimal.
The area can’t be beat, however. It’s in a safe neighborhood and is a convenient location to the boardwalk and downtown shopping area. Id stay again if the price was right but wish I had a little bit of a better experience.

We liked that this hotel was just 2 blocks from the beach and 2 short blocks from the Avenue. Nice and quiet yet so close for everything. Ample parking and complimentary continental (cold) breakfast included during off season. Everything is nice and clean and comfortable. We really enjoy staying at this hotel and have returned a few times. Highly recommend.

The Breakers in Rehoboth is a great location with clean rooms and very friendly staff. Park your car and have a short walk to everything in downtown Rehoboth. Awesome place
