Room and toilet were clean, however there was a Sulphurous odour (almost like rotten eggs) coming from the drain of the shower which was quite difficult to bare if you used the bathroom for too long. Fortunately for us, we were out most of the day, so we didn’t have to deal with it so much. They’re a sustainable and eco friendly hotel and don’t offer one-use toiletries, however extra towels and other things were offered when requested. The breakfast spread was lovely and yummy!! Appreciated the well thought out guide folder!

The location is easily accessible by public transit. It’s a self-service hotel, so guests must be sure to reach out if they haven’t received checkin instructions. There are staff at the hotel and on call who are very friendly and helpful about routine issues which arise. The included breakfast buffet is remarkable!!!

It’s near the downtown centre if u drive. There’s a convenience store Netto. If u want to save some $, go there and shop for some drinks, bread and groceries before you set out for the long drive.

酒店各方面滿意。可咱攜程的服務是負分，酒店沒有前台意味着都是自助服務，攜程又是發郵件又是發短訊的，可最關鍵的酒店前台開門密碼和拿鑰匙箱的密碼都沒發給客人。我們飛機晚點到酒店夜裡3:30，你攜程讓我們到酒店自行聯繫酒店找開門密碼，冰島夜晚風裡雨裏的，哎，攜程網，以後沒這金剛鑽還是別攬這瓷器活兒了。

房間有大有小 我們在trip訂到的和朋友比較起來是最棒的！有熱水壺也有咖啡機。房間又大！

不得不説這是個 大家千萬不要去預訂的酒店 除非它一個晚上200RMB. 到了酒店 都沒有任何入住提醒.因為完全是自助的 沒有前台 預留鑰匙打不開房門 緊急聯繫了 攜程 .攜程反應解決能力不錯 幫忙找了一個通用鑰匙 .打開入住 房間簡陋如火車站旁邊旅社.（大堂更多來自中東地區住客）這個房間是我預訂冰島🇮🇸竟然最貴的酒店 .完全同我之前冰島燈光酒店 和 Geysir 無法比擬.價格還最貴 ！ 大家一定千萬不要去住！

不要住！不要住！不要住！萬萬沒想到號稱自來水可以直接飲用的冰島，這家酒店的水是臭的，一股硫磺或者臭雞蛋的味道，弄在毛巾上面超級難聞！

非常好！衞生間有點簡陋！床舒服！早飯很nice！服務非常好！

立地、サービス、清潔さ、料金どれも最高でした。 フリードリンクが充実しており、電子ケトルが自由に使える事がとても便利でした。 スタッフもとても親切で、またアイスランドへ旅行に行った際には必ず利用をします。
