Facilities: Very new and well-maintained. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Beautiful location right by the harbor. Service: Absolutely fantastic.

The location is great and convenient especially for us who booked the day tours and it’s 4-5min walk to bus stop 4. Especially the receptionist Rica is really kind and helpful and she generously offered us an upgraded. And we do appreciate the CNY greetings both from the reception but also for the card with orange. Also as my hubby’s birthday is during the stay, I asked months before if birthday decorations is available and eventually got a birthday cake and a card but with wrong name lol The facility (needs to turn off the lights one by one instead of all-in-one) and hygine situation is not that good in terms of the 5-star hotel. (Hair in the sheet cover and the toilet)(no clean up for the desserts) The tides restaurant and cafe is good and worth trying with ISK 7000 credit for the restaurant. No chance to try the spa.

This was by far my favorite hotel during my trip to Iceland. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the Le Labo toiletries smelled amazing. The balcony in the room was perfect for enjoying a coffee and made the room feel more spacious and chill. The hotel charges a somewhat odd fee, but you can use it for anything within the hotel, including dining and the bar, so I guess that's acceptable. The bread at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic. The spa downstairs was absolutely incredible! Iceland can be quite tiring to explore, so spending an hour at the spa after a long day made me feel completely refreshed and new!

A once-in-a-lifetime trip made more meaningful and charming by world-leading staff and service. We messaged ahead and told them that we were on our honeymoon. Iceland is a unique place on Earth, but almost as surprising as the geology, geography and weather was just how remarkable and excellent this hotel was. Its location was outstanding right in the old city centre and an easy walk to boat trips (for organised bus trips, which all use the same bus stop numbering, the nearest bus stop is number 5, about 5 minutes’ walk away), the breakfast was splendid and the room was unbelievably cosy, which was particularly welcome after a winter’s day adventuring amongst the ice and snow and especially the epic and cold wind. This once-in-a-lifetime trip was made extraordinarily special by the outstanding and attentive staff who really impressed with their thoughtfulness and commitment to excellence throughout. We cannot thank the whole team enough, both everyone we met as well as everyone who worked behind the scenes, for delivering a world-leading stay. We felt exceptionally lucky to have chosen this hotel, and so delighted that we did!

Nice hotel, very close to the city center and right by the sea. The room design is great, although everything in the mini-bar is chargeable. On the bright side, you can get cold water directly from the bathroom tap. Overall, it was a good experience.

An excellent hotel, a true five-star experience in Leh. The service was top-notch in every aspect.

Fabulous stay celebrating my husbands 60th birthday . Hotel was everything we could have wished for including the wake up call for the Northern lights.

Hotel is in good location whereby all the tour stops can be located. Also within a 10mins walk to city center for any shopping and food. Overall great place to consider to stay in!!

To be honest, the service was pretty average, but I could tell they tried. Response times were very slow, and they even mixed up our luggage and gave it to someone else, luckily we noticed.

The hotel location is great, very quiet, right next to the pier with a beautiful view.
