Family suites in this hotel are spacious and quite functional. The balcony is a bit small and the view (we had so called partly ocean view) is not much to long for, just a deserted, narrow asfalt street and a glimpse of ocean far away. Excellent drying rack thought, much appreciated for! Many things were broken in our bathroom: toilet seat (got it fixed quickly though), carbage can (did not open with the pedal, had to touch it, YACK), shower rack was detached from the wall etc. Got a bit bored to grouch about every single thing. Couldnt they just check that everything is in order in all the bathrooms when they clean them anyway? The lady in the lobby was not especially receptive to complaints either. As a customer I rather felt like it was just me being too picky and waisting her precious time. Afandou Beach is right next to this hotel, very easy to go to the beach and still visit the hotel showers and pool in between. Problem is that there is nothing on the beach, no activity what so ever. Just few (maybe 20) sun beds, hardly any service with them either. Do not know whether it was the time or what but this place was totally dead from the turism point of view. We had a rented car, so it did not bother us a bit, but without a car this would have been a bit dull place. There were maybe one or two restaurants but could not really figure out whether they were closed or not. Hotel has two pools, relatively small but ok. The hotel minimarket is very, very small and only takes cash money, no cards. The hotel had a very good buffet, tasteful food, so we were satisfied with that. And the service in the restaurant was good, the older male waiter especially was genuinely friendly towards customers. Hotel clientele was mostly German, over 60 years plus quite a few Russians. If you are fine with that, this is your hotel.
