Friendly staff... Nice swimming pool... Clean room... Car needed

В целом отель не плохой за свою цену, нам очень понравился бассейн он чистый и красивый было приятно проводить время там, но также имеются серьезные минусы , ванная комната была просто ужасна в углах была паутина и в душе стоит крошечная бесполезная перегородка которая совершенно ни от чего не защищает и из-за этого после каждого приема душа все брызги от воды летят на унитаз и на пол .

Super schöne Appartement - Anlage in einer Anhöhe von Faliraki. Sehr gepflegte Außenanlage inklusive Swimmingpool mit Whirlpool. Tolles kleines Restaurant am Pool mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks Angebot. Kleiner Supermark mit dem nötigsten auch auf dem Gelände. Sehr schöne Appartements im renovierten Teil der Anlage. Preiswerte und saubere Appartements im nicht renovierten Teil. Kostenloser Shuttle Service mehrmals am Tag nach Faliraki. Haustiere erlaubt 👍 Wir haben uns dort mit kleinem Hund sehr ,sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!

Second year visiting Hillside. Friendly and attentive family and staff from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. Food was lovely as always. The bathrooms had been updated from last year and look lovely! Able to get sunbed round the pool any time of day, which we love. Probably spent a fortune on food but food prices had increased wherever we ate across the island. Definitely be back next year with the family. Thank you

Arrived home last night from my 3rd stay at Hillside, got a lovely welcome from all the staff who remembered me even though my last visit was 2 years ago! Which I thought was lovely, was really made to feel like home from home, the rooms have been renovated since I was last here and they are stunning, already missing my morning view from my balcony then heading off for my morning frappe off the lovely Lydia. Charlie runs a shuttle to the beach and back 3 times a day which is a blessing in the heat. Would definitely recommend Hillside studios, it's the most laid back place I've ever stayed in in the 7 years I've been to Faliraki, I will be back, see you next year guys 😎

We are pretty active travelers, and we did not spend much time at the accommodation. We were mostly out. We got a really cheap deal, so we did not expect much. The room was decent for spending a week in Faliraki. Had no problems with cleaning and the room, although the shower could use some innovation as the water tends to get everywhere (the shower head is fixed and theshower curtain does not cover all the sides of the shower.) There were some loud bangs, probably because of the strong wind at night. Could not figure out what that was, even met the neighbors once as they were started by the sudden noise.

We had the most amazing trip, with the ability to go down to the town in the suttle buses was perfect to be able to take part in activities in falaraki, such as the water part and boat days. But as well as we had spent a large amount of time at the pool which was perfect. Overall it was an amazing trip and would definately go again!!

This hotel had a few pros with many cons. The first day the reception manager began screaming at me late at night. He constantly said I should not speak in his office about the dirty room which felt like a sauna. I couldn't change hotel otherwise I would have had to spend more money than the holiday. You have to pay €10 a day for air conditioning which isn't strong but without it you will be melting. There was a bug in the freezer, the fridge had permanent stains, the shower is about 80cm wide and I was kept on hitting my elbow. The Toothbrush cup holder had Mold or damp. The towels had stains. I wanted another towel and had to keep going back and forth to justify why I needed another towel. The pros was the staff in the kitchen who was lovely. Aside from that it is horrible.

Just back from a great stay at Hillside. We booked a junior suite with a garden view through Easyjet and the room was exactly as it looked in the pictures, nice and modern and clean. There were no additional charges for aircon or safety deposit box with this room. The location was much closer than we expected, just a 15 minute walk into the main town or handy to get the shuttle bus down which goes everyday at 11am, 5pm and 8pm and can also take you home on the way back up. We got a taxi back home as was quite a steep hill to walk and no footpath but it only cost €8 during the daytime or €10 in the evening. The pool area was really nice and modern and everything we ate in the pool bar was delicious and very reasonably priced. There is also a shop onsite. Overall all the family and staff at the apartments were so welcoming, helpful and lovely whilst also not invading on your holiday as can be the worry sometimes with family run places! Will definitely be returning and look forward to our next stay at Hillside.

Lydia in the snack bar and Charlie with his shuttle service to Falaraki were the best among a number of helpful staff and should be commended. Our issue with Hillside is that the photos are very misleading in that the two rooms we stayed in (we were put in a room on arrival due to 'maintenance issues' in our room, which we were moved to on the second day) bear very little resemblance to the pictures. A fire escape light more suited to a school hall was in the room, lighting up the room every night. Unexpected aircon charges (neither advertised by easyJet or any of the info received prior to stay) of €10 per night was something that we could not avoid given the high temperatures. The room was very dated, the two ceramic ring stove had the setting numbers crudely painted on, with what looked like tippex, there were a couple of sauce pans, a few plates etc but these had to be cleaned prior to use due to foodstuffs stuck to them. The bathroom was flooded every time we had a shower and the toilet trickled water constantly. A glass for toothbrushes had toothpaste etc still in it. This all may sound very picky but we cleaned most of the bathroom and kitchen as best we could before using, and this is not what we go on holiday to do!! That said, the pool area is a bonus although the choice of music is sometimes questionable, especially if young children were staying, although there didn't seem to be any when we were there. Most of the staff were pleasant and the location is peaceful, if a little out of the way, and we made the best of a much needed and looked forward to break however, we wouldn't return due to the rooms not being as shown and in need of much updating in both the kitchen and bathroom.

Hillside Apartments has been the best place I’ve stayed at so far! The accommodations were exceptional, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. Special thanks to Filippos, Maroula, and Lydia for their outstanding hospitality and service. I would definitely visit them again! Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! I absolutely loved the facilities offered at this place for such a dirt cheap price. The staff are beyond lovely, the reception staff are amazing and cheerful as well as the other staff who work tirelessly to provide such clean and astonishing quality rooms. The swimming pool area is amazing and quiet so lovely for a little swim. 1000% recommend this lovely accommodation
