Instagrammable place; nice buffet; but cleanlines of room- smudges on bathroom mirror and glass door ; yellowish toilet bowl and floor tiles of the washroom; even found a spider on floor of the room; smell of molds on the first room they have put me then transferred to the room where i found the spider- both rooms have dirty washrooms! Anyway- apart from those complimentary requests were quick and responsive!

The Monarch Hotel is a great hotel. Loved our stay and the room was very comfortable. Definitely will recommend to others and book again if I were in the area.

It was a nice hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and delicious buffet breakfast. Near Robinsons too. Will choose this hotel again

Pretty much what you'd expect for a high-end hotel. Good room service. Good food. Great swimming pool. Although the pool is not especially clean, it wasn't especially dirty either. Great service, close to shopping and other restaurants. But then again you need pay for all that luxury. You was pretty pricey

Attention was fantastic. Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the check- in process about the kind of beds, but we managed on site. Enjoyed the night swimming as the pool wasn’t crowded. The pool bar though claed early. It would’ve been nicer if the bar closes late. That adds up to the overall ambiance of the place. Will definitely come back to this place.

Overall, my experience at monarch hotel exceeded my expectations. They have friendly staff and beautiful amenities. I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Awesome new hotel with a great value. Best hotel in Calasiao for business, couples and families. Only gripe is that their screen mirroring is not ios compatible and they do not have a built in netflix

The staff keeps on improving from the last visit, each time. The room is ok , the bathroom is ok as well. However the other amenities are not as great in comparison to other branded hotels . Food is fair . Not the best of its class , suggest that they come up with their own specialty.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and neat! We will probably visit the hotel again as well as the personnel are very polite, and it’s very close to a mall as well as the transportation are very easy whenever you want to visit nearby towns attractions.
