Princess Andriana Resort & Spa - Ultra All-Inclusive

Inedible food of very poor quality and awful local beer and wine served warm! If nothing change the hotel should be 2 starts not 5. Don’t recommend to anyone to spend their hard earned cash in that awful hotel!

We recently dined at Moonlight Restaurant, and while the food was excellent, the standout of the evening was our waitress, Georgia. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the start. Her menu suggestions were spot-on, and each dish was served promptly and tasted fantastic. Georgia’s warm, genuine service truly elevated the experience. If you're looking for a place with great food and outstanding service, Moonlight Restaurant is a must-visit — and be sure to ask for Georgia!

We stayed in a private swim up room in the allegedly adult area . The room was clean & in a good position by the main pools & bar & restaurant so a good room 4001 , however it isn’t quiet as so close to the main areas with children etc. although the easy access to the bar & food was a plus . Nice touch of fruit & fizz on arrival. As ever towels seem an issue , yet again we are not going to steal them ! Just be nice to have a few extra should you need another shower in the day. The room service did come with towels as part of our ultra all inclusive package, but seemed reluctant to leave any extra if we had any hanging up ! Slightly annoying that the bar was topped up every 2 day with a 9am wake up knock! Be nice to enjoy a lie in ! Food is average, the beach bar being the smaller bar & food . Pool bar was ok , busy & lots of queues for drinks & ice cream to be served. The beach is lovely , little turtles are in the river that runs to the sea , so do take a peek. The main restaurant was a huge disappointment, for a 5* it was not very good. The food was repetitive & theme nights was a token of that served with the usual food. The lights are so bright it’s not a relaxing or romantic ambiance, could they not dim the lights ? It’s a bit canteen style for me & far too busy with people running about like the food will run out ! The staff whilst pleasant were a little lacking with service for drinks. We didn’t really go to the other restaurant as when looked at the menu it didn’t seem that interesting, we walked out of the hotel & found 2 smaller bars, tavern & cocktail bars - worth going ! The shows we attended were fun & it gets busy but definitely worth a walk up. We had drinks on the main terrace for breakfast ( after day 2 we missed breakfast it was ok ) so the lovely bar man Nikos was a star & very attentive. All in all it’s a good hotel I just personally don’t think it’s 5* ultra also the late room check out was a nightmare- different information given to me on 3 occasions! Paid a ridiculous amount to stay a few extra hours & after alot of faffing to sort it we relaxed in the pool only to then have the room service asking when & why we not left , I went to reception to sort new keys for a SECOND time , a real shame to be stressed on the last day , so beware & have plenty of patience for that if you wish to do late check out

Currently half way through a week here and whilst it’s a nice looking hotel it isn’t anything special and we are ready to go home. Location - two hours from Rhodes and not a lot going on in the local area. Food - seriously lacking. Overcooked which I get is to stop people being ill but if you can’t chew a piece of meat as it’s too tough then it’s beyond cooked. Medallion opens at 7am for breakfast and nothing is ever out and/or labelled in time. You shouldn’t open if your food isn’t ready or start earlier so eggs and meat are out for opening time. Rooms are cleaned and mini bar stocked every two days. Pool area really slippy and seen many people take a tumble. Private pool rooms not really private as there is always a room above you with a balcony so people can look down so there isn’t privacy Staff at the pool bar could be less rude and pretend they are interested in their job and be polite. Don’t work in a customer facing job and serve people if you don’t like doing it Wouldn’t come back

We stopped in a private pool suite for 10 days. The room is of a reasonable standard but advertising it as sleeping 4 is generous as two beds are a corner sofa (so children need to be pigmy). Water is replenished every two days which isnt acceptable IMO. Drinks are a good standard and branded but the cocktail range is very limited. The biggest issue with this place is the quality of food. Meals are often repeated, or are very similar with a slightly different sauce. Kids options are limited to the same four options every day. On the 1 day a week they serve Greek food its bland and tasteless (sorry). Other guests made the same comment. You find lunch options appearing on the following day evening etc. The three restaurants are poor - the moonlight food is good but you are limited to a couple of choices, the burger restaurant is good but they forgot the children's meals and the Italian is terrible (pizza photo) and i found a hair under the flatbread starter. On a positive note the Jet2 staff were excellent throughout the stay. The car hire business in reception is well priced. The hotel is very isolated but there are some nice restaurants/bars on the old road. Try Mosa as they serve outstanding drinks.

Well what can I say apart from impressive a huge hotel with all the trimmings. The staff are very friendly and attentive nothing is to much trouble branded drinks not your local stuff. Great choice of food every day 3 different themed restaurants to book. Lots of pool rooms to book or just a standard room with access to a large pool to jump into. No fighting for the sun beds as plenty to go around we had a fab week

Probably the most beautiful hotel of all.. I stayed at this hotel for only 5 nights and felt I had to stay another five days at least, but let's take it in order, The first night we came we felt a little nervous, we didn't know if our finances were put in the right hotel, my little daughter was allergic to gluten and it was the first time I saw a man paying so much attention to our table in the à la carte moonlight, A big thank you Konstantine for your welcome and for your pleasant return, ( The right man in the right place) The hotel has two themed barbecue and Italian and burger restaurant all with reservations. Best massage ever, Teodor was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease and relaxed at all times, would def recommend! I had the full body massage as I have issues with my legs, he definitely targeted this area and worked hard to ease the tension.

This was our third time at the Princess Andriana and it is still as wonderful as the first time. Nice big room which was regularly cleaned very well and there were always fresh drinks in the minibar. The food is fantastic, regardless of which of the many restaurants we went to. The pink Wave animation team gave us a super friendly welcome and made sure we had lots of fun. Andrea Mastellone (Ronaldo😅) in particular always put a smile on our faces and made sure we had lots of fun.
