Location is very convenient, has a few malls close by. Washroom has a stinky smell everyday. They are not very clean. Some used glasses/ cups outside another room's door was still there for 2 days. Receptionists at night time don't even speak proper English so it's not very professional. But for convenience its fine.

It looks a bit filthy. First, the lady placed me into a room on the first floor… and you could see rats around the hotel at night. It’s not worth the price you pay because it looks a bit outdated and woken off. The pillows are not new, carpets require some cleaning. It’s ok for a short stay, but I m not sure if I ll consider staying there again.

Nice room and got a upper floor aways from the 🛗 accommodating my request. Thumbs up.

Last minute booking & were pleasantly surprised. Free shuttle to & from airport. Room was better than some of the hotels we had stayed in with our tour. Bed & pillows super comfy, hot running water, clean & 2 queen beds in room. Staff were lovely & very helpful. Breakfast basic - yoghurt, juices, cereal, toast, fruit & tea/coffee. Cook your own waffles which was a lovely touch. Late checkout of 11.00 & were happy to store luggage while we waited in their meal room all day for our flight later that evening. Also offered free wi-fi.

Conveniently located. Staff are friendly. The airport shuttle is fantastic and runs every 30 minutes. Connected to Moxie restaurant. The rooms are old and my room was not very clean. They were doing construction on the rooms which you are not made aware of until you arrive. Given the price of the hotel I think they should let people know.

When we arrived there was an power outage in that area. Luckily that was resolved in the end. We were allowed to store out luggages with them before our check in. The room was clean and nice. I would only recommend this hotel is there is a flight to catch and the hotel offers a 24 hr shuttle. The driver was helpful. Otherwise, not much within Richmond to explore, I would prefer to stay in downtown. Hotel was a distance from train station.

What a great experience my sister and I had while staying at Stone Hedge with Brian and Linda. They are greatest hosts ever we were so spoiled right from the minute we were picked up at the airport. We arrived at the B and B to flower petals in the toilet and lovely clean room where we freshened up and then followed Brian’s directions 2 blocks to have our dinner. That night we slept like babies in those comfortable beds. It was so nice to get up early and make a cup of tea in the little kitchenette just off our room where we could make coffee/tea. We had a very early tour so Brian and Linda made us a to go bag what a nice surprise! After a long day Brian picked us up at the bus and brought us back to the B and B and surprised us with Mr Cooper pies and sweet potatoes, they were delicious! Next day we had a four course breakfast and off to the cruise port we we went we had a knowledgeable tour along the way. I wood come back to this B and B in a heartbeat thank you so much Brian and Linda😁

The staff working here were the friendliest, most helpful and kind people I have encountered in a hotel ever. They definitely made up for the challenges of the current renovation. Our room was very comfortable and the view of the mountains was lovely. It was difficult not having good restaurant options for breakfast. There is a cafe with limited choices but they really should open the restaurant up for breakfast. There was a strike going on while we were there so maybe that was an issue. The pool was also closed so the the whole hotel feels a bit like a ghost town. I think that it is pretty expensive for the situation it's in at the moment but understand that it is an airport hotel so will be pricey. I cannot say this enough though: the staff were incredible. This makes such a difference and we really appreciated it.
