Honestly very old hotel with slow flow of water , rooms are ordinary , its basically old and traveller who are flexible and can adapt to situations and lifestyle like this , sure okay but for people like us who need everything precise , surely not a good one.

Very nice hotel with great location. Walkable to beach, many eateries around. Lady at reception is nice and friendly.

Hotel was lovely, room was very spacious and bathroom was newly refurbished, although the bath was a bit too high, making getting out of the shower a little awkward. Food, I didn't think was too good. While breakfast came on a large plate, and there was plenty to eat, if only it could be eaten. Bacon and sausage seemed like they had been cooked ages ago, and were tough and cold (having said that - I like my food piping hot). Entertainment was excellent - something for everyone. Lovely atmosphere at the reception and wonderful view from the room. Staff is very friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing and there were no staff to support at all.

Had we known about this hotel sooner, we would have planned to stay here longer than the one night before our flight back home! The room was awesome, clean, comfortable bed, included a mini fridge and air conditioning! The restaurant and pub were within the hotel itself, didn't even have to go outside to access them! Included buffet breakfast was good. Didn't have the chance to dine in the restaurant but in the early evening, the pub was awesome, bar staff was great fun! Reception was friendly and very helpful. Plenty of onsite parking, great location. Would definitely stay here again only longer next time!

Great stay! Perfect location for a late night arrival into Shannon. Staff were helpful, prices very reasonable. Highly recommended.
