The hotel had all that we needed including toiletries, coffee, and lots of extra towels. The room had a little bit of a musty smell, coming from the carpets on the floor. But overall the room was cleaned well. We stayed on a Saturday night, so parking was a little difficult to find because the lot was mostly full. The location of the hotel was amazing, it was close to many restaurants and the highway.

非常適合Staycation住宿的酒店，酒店雖然沒有早餐廳但是大堂裏就有星巴克，住酒店每天都有10刀星巴克代金券，直接星巴克櫃枱報房號就行，特別方便👍另外酒店旁邊就是Tim Hortons還有劉一手火鍋，真是方便到了眼皮底下👍👍房間布草和服務態度都無可挑剔，如果非要雞蛋裡挑骨頭的話那麼就是沖廁所的時候馬桶發出的怒吼太嚇人（本人實測渥太華/温哥華/多倫多的喜來登和威斯汀都這樣）聲音和飛機上沖廁所一樣大聲，晚上起夜逢沖必醒 哈哈哈

This hotel is very close to restaurants and entertainment like bowling and movie theatres. We stayed for one night during March Break and had a wonderful stay without one negative experience. I was able to confirm with the front desk a time for early check-in and when we arrived, the young man at the desk was ready for us. He checked us in promptly and even answered all of our questions before we asked. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everyone had a good sleep, although there was a weird constant clanking sound which we think is the elevator. We no longer needed to book a pool timeslot and when my husband took the kids down, he said everyone visiting the pool was respectful of space. We were pleasantly surprised that the hotel was serving a full breakfast buffet with some friendly staff. It was great with a hot table, pastries, cereal, pancake machine, fruit, yogurt. The dining area had plenty of seating and coffee/tea was available all day which made my husband happy. We enjoyed staying here so much we might have to find a reason to come back.

The building exterior looked like it needed an update, but you can tell the rooms have been upgraded and really, that’s what mattered for me and my family. Laminate / hardwood floors are a plus - no gross carpet. The staff were kind and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles.

My wife and I recently spent three nights at the TownPlace Suites hotel in Markham, Ontario. We booked the room with our Bonvoy points, so I can’t comment on price. Markham is a suburb about 15 miles north of Toronto. We picked this location since it was near relatives we were visiting. It’s located on a fairly busy highway with various commercial businesses nearby. There is a Chinese restaurant (QJD Peking Duck), which we did not visit, on the first floor. The thirteen-story building actually holds two Marriott properties: Courtyard by Marriott on floors 2 - 8 and TownPlace on floors 9 - 14. The registration desk serves both hotels. The lobby has several areas for socializing. There also is a Bistro/Bar area. Conference rooms, a business center and a spa are off to the side. A fitness center and indoor pool are on the lower level. Wifi is free. Surprisingly, parking is not. Signs say that it costs $6 Canadian per day to park in the attached multi-level garage, but we apparently were not charged. Check-in was courteous and efficient. You need your keycard to access the elevator. TIP: There is no 13th floor; the elevator buttons go from 12 to 14! We were assigned room 915. TIP: the room was almost across the hall from the ice machine and one wall of the room directly abutted the elevator bank. While the noise was neglible, you might want to keep this in mind if you’re a very light sleeper. The room was clean and decorated in what I would call ikea style. It was like living in a studio apartment. A flat screen TV was on a two-drawer chest/dresser. A wall-mounted desk had overhead shelving, a vertical cupboard, desk chair and rollout table. The kitchen section had a sink, two-burner electric range top, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher (!) and fairly large refrigerator. There were multiple cabinets and drawers filled with practically every kitchen item you’d need: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, soap, etc. And if they’re still something you might need, chances are you can get it from the front desk. (See pic.) A full-size closet contained an iron/ironing board. No sign of a safe. The sitting area contained a loveseat, ottoman and floor lamp. The king-size bed had five pillows. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable. It was flanked by nightstands and wall-mounted lamps with electric outlets. 
The bathroom was average-sized. The vanity had lots of counter space and several drawers. And a hair dryer. The shower was quite large, taking up about a third of the room. There was wall-mounted hand soap and hair/body wash (in the shower) by ALICE & Co+ botanicals. Shower pressure and temperature were fine. TIP: Don’t be alarmed when you flush the toilet - the sound is comparable to that generated by an airplane commode. Breakfast was included with the room and was served on the 14th floor. The front desk staff was not familiar with what he’s doing and needed help from the other lady, She came to help with checking in but was so rude…the whole process took literally 20 mins , because when the told me to insert the credit card, the machine beeped and quit. She first said “you don’t use debit!” I told her this is a credit card, then she said “you should insert instead of tap! Insert!” The I said “I did insert!” She rolled her eyes and replied “it says ‘bad tap’ because you tapped!” I was like ***!? I didn’t say anything because I had my kids with me! After another 5 mins waiting, I didn’t even say anything. she rolled her eyes on me and said “ just wait , ok?” I guess this is the last time I’m staying at this hotel.

This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

Kami menginap di bilik 435 pada 11 - 12 April dengan nama Jokar. Semasa memasuki bilik, kami melihat banyak habuk di kaunter dan lantai. Rasanya seolah-olah bilik itu tidak dibersihkan dalam beberapa hari, yang sangat tidak menyenangkan dan seprai mempunyai bintik-bintik kotor di atasnya. Kami menjumpai semangkuk ais krim di dalam peti sejuk, yang ditinggalkan oleh tetamu sebelumnya. Saya menghubungi kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan memberitahu mereka mengenai masalah ini.
