The front desk was so helpful, especially when I realized that I had left my cell phone in the taxi. They were able to locate the taxi company and retrieve my phone and deliver it to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The dinner and breakfast voucher was reasonable considering dinner included an appetizer or dessert. It was honestly the best experience I had in the UK on this trip. Great value!

Slept so well! Stay were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was super easy from the booking online to check out. Lots of parking space and it was good price. I would recommend if you need somewhere to stay for a comfy nights sleep! Breakfast menu looked good unfortunately I did not try it as had other plans.

I love staying in Premier Inn Ripley. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location with plenty of free parking. The hotel and its rooms are always clean. Additionally there's a restaurant attached providing evening meals and cooked and continental breakfasts. The staff are brilliant. As an example, I was doing some discrete Christmas wrapping in the foyer and was offered scissors, sellotape, and even wrapping paper. Truly magical service from a great team of people.

Me and my partner stay in this hotel over the weekend. The room was tidy, smelly and in good condition. Receptionist Pedro was the most kindest and warm person we ever met. Thanks to him we felt great and comfortable last weekend. THANK YOU PEDRO Anna&Rafal Room 26

I stayed for a week and it was a great experience. Staff are excellent Theresa and Pedro on reception were brilliant! Food was great, hotel was clean and looked after, the beds were extremely comfortable, would definitely recommend anyone to stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Ripley as always, with particular thanks to Vicky and Teresa for their warm welcome after a long day's driving. The room is always perfectly clean , the food is fabulous and tasty and exactly what I need for breakfast.

Very efficient receptionists, Loretta in the morning and Teresa on the late shift. Warmly welcoming and all the necessary keys and tickets provided. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Beds are very comfortable didnt have a problem sleeping. Bathroom is spacious too and showers work well with plenty of hot water. Heating system is easy to work though mine had a mind of its own on two occasions, fortunately too warm as it was freezing outside. Easily adjusted though. Would definitely return and use again.

I have used this Premier Inn a couple of times and it has always been clean and comfortable. The staff of welcoming and polite. Teresa on reception was very helpful and really looked after my colleague and I when we got back late from work in the cold, providing us hot drinks, as the pub had closed. The food in the attached pub was of a good standard and the staff were also very welcoming and efficient. I would use this PI again.

Very good, excellent location, brilliant beds, clean, comfortable, quiet, easy access, decent staff, exactly what you would expect from a premier inn, this hotel doesn't disappoint, prices reasonable, book as early as you can, because on some occasions they can double on the night.

Not the best priced food especially the mixed grill with cremated gammon. And a thin medium pizza for 12 pound! Comfy bed but spoilt by the neighbours above doing what seemed l8ke the river dance for over two hours int to tge small hours. Friendly staff and clean rooms very secure and great parking facilities

Lovely Premier Inn Clean. Everything you need for a good night stop over. Made even better with a friendly welcome from Vicki who couldn’t help enough! Lots of parking. Clean room. Short walk into Ripley and close to Matlock. Will return soon and recommend Thank you

Great check in. Amazing clean room. Fantastic bed. Will come again. Paul on reception was lovely and polite. Housekeeping couldn't do enough for me. Breakfast was great and pub staff friendly. Great location and free parking. Bonus. Would recommend.

Good location, plenty of parking, food places nearby with a nice pub next door where we had breakfast. The room was comfortable and friendly staff but parts were a bit rundown and could do with some maintenance. Near motorway and Peak District.

It's a Premier Inn. It's the excellent quality and value for money that's to be expected and I'll recommend to anyone wanting a room only in Ripley. Great, friendly staff. Polite, welcoming and helpful. Ideal location for exploring the area and only a short walk into town.

Large fresh stain on desk chair. Blood on shower curtain. Toilet didn't flush. TV turned itself on during the night. Room was unbearably hot with non-opening window, no fan, no A/C. Free Wi-Fi extremely limited bandwidth (not even enough for Tiktok) - £5 per 24h to upgrade to Wi-Fi that's usable. Staff seemed uninterested in fixing any of the above issues, and did not offer any apology for the poor quality sleep when mentioned at checkout. I asked how I'd go about making a complaint and was just given a telephone number to call.
