انا عريس وأخذت جناح ودفعت بكج العرسان عشان استانس وليلتي بقيمه مايقارب ١٥٠٠ ريال عشاء وفطور وكنت متحمس والله بشي هذا وكنسلت حجز مطعم خارج عشان اابكج وفي الاخير جاني العشاء بارد جدا صراحه ماينكال لحم بارد وكباب بارد والله ماينكال كلمتهم مافي تفاهم الي سوووو جاو وشالو العشاء فقط كلمت المسؤول هناك يقول رح اشتك هل هذا اسلوب خدمه الهاوس كيبنق حلوه واحد اسمه فواد جدا اسلوب رايق ومتعاون والسلام عليكم

I came to Riyadh for a few days only out of curiosity as flights from Budapest were so cheap I thought 'why not?. Not really knowing what to expect. I wanted to be in the downtown Olaya area but hotels there were in the £200 - £300 +++ range. Other than the IBIS which came in at £80 a night. The IBIS room was better than standard IBIS fare I have seen in the UK and Europe - ie larger, and better equipped with safe and tea & coffee making facilities. But what makes this hotel really stand out was the helpfulness and welcome of front of house staff. Nothing was too much trouble - and they were patient and courteous dealing with my various queries and requests, writing out place names in Arabic, explaining how to get to places, nearest places to buy water and snacks etc. The hotel's guests were overwhelmingly people on business rather than tourists. However, I can unreservedly recommend this hotel to visitors to Saudi Arabia travelling for tourism. I say this as a solo female traveller. Top tips: - there is an Asian run convenience store round the corner five minutes walk away that does not involve crossing roads!! - have tbe hotel breakfast as there's not much around by way of cafes etc (unless you go to a mall) - download the Kareem app (= Saudi Uber) for safe, convenient and cheap taxis - if you have a choice, avoid Room 122 as it was on the first floor and overlooked two air conditioning units and tbe wall 😉 - not that matters in the scheme of things. However, a room on a high floor with views of Kingdom Tower must be pretty awesome

: location, breakfast, parking, lobby, and staff. : outdated room, not enough amenities and towels. I will back again to this property if I were in Riyadh especially for business activities, as indicated above, the location is in the heart of the business district of Riyadh where easy to transfer from on place to another in few minutes. The locations serves Uroba, Olaya, Takhassusi.

Hotel and rooms were good and clean. The restaurant staff was very good and accommodated all dietary requirements. They were kind enough to make vegetarian jain food (no onion, garlic, potatoes, mushroom, etc) for all the meals. They did not have many vegetarian options, which can be improved. I would highly recommend it to someone looking for a good hotel with vegetarian food.

غرف واسعه ، نظافة مميزة ، يعيب الفندق انه قديم شوي طاقم العمل مميز وخاصه الاستقبال تعاملهم ممتاز 👍 يوجد مسبح خارجي وكذلك نادي رياضي ومطعم موقع مميز في وسط الرياض قريب من سوق الكمبيوتر وقريب من مول الفيصلية الاكل ممتاز والافطار ممتاز لكن القهوة السوداء نوعها سيئ ، اشكر موظفي الاستقبال على حسن تعاملهم ، صالح و سعيد وراكان خدومين و اسلوبهم جميل

الشاب اللي اسمه طارق مثال ف الاخلاق ورقي ف التعامل وراجل بشووووووش وبينصحني بحاجات كويسه وشكرا ع الخدمات الموجودة ف الفندق والاكل مره حلو شكرا كتير لكل الناس اللي اللي شغاله وشكرا ع الخدمات الموجودة ف الفندق

The exutive hotel in Aziziyah was nice hotel I stayed for one night only for a quick business trip The breakfast was good the staff were great and hopeful Next time I travel to Riyadh I will stay in the same hotel and I will recommend it to my friends

The family room was on the ground floor so there is no view and we didn t like breakfast as there is not too much choises and you feel that you go for lunch more than you go for breakfast. But the room is good and spacious and it s not too far from nakheel mall.

This hotel happens to be close to the airport and the city. They boast a full spa - but, nothing was working when I was there. It is rather disappointing when you base your decision on spending some time in a steam bath. Swimming pool is heated, but indoor and in an awkward place in the basement. Rooms are small but clean. Housekeeping is daily and is done with respect. Showers have strong water pressure. Room service is quick, but food here is basic, including the breakfast. In fact you can only eat scrambled eggs - don't expect anything more fancy. Overall, there are other choices in the city - choose well.

The hotel is located at the junction of two important highways in the city making it a great place to stay for a business trip. Although the exterior of the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms, lobby and restaurants are modern. Executive floor provides snacks and refreshments in the lounge which is great for quick bites. The hotel restaurants are good dining option and serve good breakfast. Staff is friendly and service is good. Overall a great location for a business trip.
