Great hostel right in the center of Riyadh, which makes everything super accessible to shops, restaurants, and transportation are all just a short walk away. The common kitchen is really convenient, and I love that they offer free drinking water, coffee, and tea anytime.
One thing that could be improved is the bed mattresses, as theyâre starting to look a bit old. Replacing them would make the stay even more comfortable.
Special mention to Paul, the supervisor - extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely smart. I even dreaming about hiring him someday to help me build a hostel empire in Europe and the Philippines because heâs really that good at what he does!
Overall, a great experience with just a few things that could be improved. Would definitely stay again!"

NNand NExcellent staff â very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. We arrived well before check-in, and the team kindly arranged an early room, which was greatly appreciated.
I canât thank the staff at check-in, the restaurant, and room service enough for their hospitality, kindness, and respect.
The room was large, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable king bed, plenty of power outlets, quiet and efficient air-conditioning, and good amenities.
The buffet breakfast was very good, with daily variety, fresh juices, an omelette station cooked to order, a good bread selection, and decent machine coffee.
Location as with 15 to 20 minutes from all attractions and malls. Ubers and Bolt was ready available. Sky bridge was walkable during cold but would be a challenge during the hot season.
Down points:
âą Premium room was expected to be on a higher floor, but the room faced the roof line with no view.
âą Shower head would not stay in position and kept sliding down.
Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent service, with only minor room issues.

PPengguna TetamuWe were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom.
Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up.
Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it.
All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

The check-in and check-out process was very fast, making it a hassle-free experience.
Room:
The room was nice and big, providing plenty of space. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was nice, though it was a bit inconvenient that a toothbrush was prepared for only one person. Additionally, the room card stopped functioning after one night, requiring a trip to the reception to fix it.
Room Service Food:
The room service food was quite good. The grilled chicken was delicious, but the chicken biryani was just nice, nothing extraordinary.
Breakfast:
Breakfast was excellent! A special mention to Nour, who was very helpful, polite, and friendly. The service provided by Nour was top-notch.
Spa:
The spa is available only for males. We had to go to another place for a female spa, which was inconvenient.
Getting Around:
Getting around was very easy using Uber, making transportation convenient and stress-free.
Overall Experience:
A very satisfying stay with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Would recommend for a pleasant stay, though the spa facilities could be more inclusive, and the room card issue needs to be addressed.

MMsMelissaDisappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager.
My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing â no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the âgenius suiteâ was misleading: the bathtubâs view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution.
Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager.
Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay â upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldnât have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution.
Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

PPengguna TetamuI didn't realize that there are two Swiss Flora Hotels nearby so my taxi dropped me off at the wrong one, which was very frustrating for me as I was exhausted and sick. But the kind front desk agent offered me a free ride with the hotel vehicle to the correct one, which was just around the block.
The hotel was very comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious (I had their traditional Saudi stew with rice and fresh squeezed orange juice) and the service was impeccable.
The room was very comfortable with all the modern amenities as expected in any city hotel, but the room had a faint cigarette smell which I didn't like. I was too tired to change rooms, do I dealt with it.
I asked for a wake up call at 2:30am which I did receive...thankfully!
