GGuest UserI stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.

The hotel staff provided warm and attentive service.
We booked a basic room and received a welcome card and local snacks. The hotel is filled with local charm and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Although the surrounding area is not relatively in the city center, there are still many places to eat and it is very convenient. There are coffee shops and supermarkets, and life is also very convenient. But in Saudi Arabia, you don’t need to walk, and it is best to have your own car, so this location is actually not too far away. I think this is a very good location, but I stayed here for more than ten days. The room the hotel gave me was directly facing the large terrace, where some people watch football at night, so I had to draw the curtains all the way, otherwise there would be privacy leaks. At first, I didn’t realize there were people downstairs. Only later did I see that there were so many people watching football there. I asked the hotel to help me change the room, but they may not have understood, so they kept saying that because I wanted a double bed, other The double beds are all similar in layout, so they didn't change them for me. However, in general, their service is quite good. It's just that the work pace in Saudi Arabia is slower, not as fast as in China, but there are people providing normal service. For parking, they can help us park for free, which is very convenient. The food in the hotel is actually quite expensive. If you order breakfast in advance, it costs about 100 yuan per person, and it will be more expensive if you order it separately, so I think the price is still on the high side. But anyway, for Saudi Arabia, the price is acceptable in one aspect. But if you have a choice, I suggest you eat out or bring some food that suits your taste. It's not expensive to buy it in the supermarket. Other things are relatively ordinary, but it is a very good hotel for business trips. I also enjoyed the hotel’s wellness center, which was a great way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

EErtiaohuleBecause I booked the wrong room type, I asked Ctrip to help communicate and change the room type as soon as I made the reservation, and confirmed that it had been changed. However, when I arrived at the front desk, it was still not changed, and finally I was given an extra bed.
WIFI is very slow and unstable.
There are a lot of houses under construction around, so it's quite noisy.

For that price and that location it’s already worth it.
The hotel has everything, services are good, breakfast has a full variety of dishes and the room I got was perfectly clean and with no issues.
I would 100% consider to book Haven Plaza for my next trip to Riyadh.
