Arrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready! The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.

Excellent experience and excellent staff specially mr rashid he is very helpful And all service are very good and making your jerney is very attractive with promising to repeat the visit with my family to relaxing with pool and other services

I arrived in Riyadh and arrived in the hotel at 5am reserving the night of the day. The hotel was kind enough to provide me with a room without additional charge so that I could take shower and nap before sightseeing! The room facilities are good enough to meet western standards. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

A nice new hotel. Very friendly staff. Room quality is great. As are the immenities. Are excellent. Breakfast is great as well. Only criticism I have is the gym is only open from 13:00-1:00, so for early birds like myself who want to start the day with a workout it isn't ideal.

they didn't share the receipt of the stay, and we are chasing them for more than 3 months with no response on our emails, and with disrespectable way over the phone. we have escalated it to the brand manager, and he forwarded our escalation back to the hotel emails with no response again!!!!!!!!! if you are a corporate, take our advice and don't deal with them at all.

The place is very clean, food is excellent, and above all, the service team in restaurant was exceptionally supportive and kind. We had a gathering of engineers with their families, around 40 persons, who enjoyed the last eve. Of 2023. Many thanks to all related staff.

لي تجربات عديدة في الفندق لتناول وجبة الفطور صباحًا ووجبة العشاء وكانت تجربة ممتازة من ناحية الجلسة وتنوع الماكولات والخدمة الممتازة من الجميع وأود ان أشكر العاملين ومنهم الشيف الأستاذ صبري وزملائه في المطعم والأستاذ حسيب وزملائه. تجربة ممتازة.

من أفضل واريح الفنادق اللي سكنتها في الرياض ودائمًا هم وجهتي الاولى وقت الرحلات وفعلًا مايخيبون الظن أبدًا وعندهم رضا النزيل أولًا، سريعين جدًا بإجراءات الدخول والخروج وأيضًا وقت توصيل الطلبات للغرف.

فندق جدا ممتاز ف مستوي النظافة و رقي الخدمة وسرعة الهوس كيبينج و عندهم مسبح متاح دائما و كذلك المطعم رائع وأسعاره ممتازة تجربة ممتازة اكيد راح اكررها وموظفين الاستقبال جدا عندهم سعة صدر و كذلك مدير الفندق ف تسهيل كل ظروف الاقامة 💐🌹
