At checking in the service and kindness of staff was impeccable . The rooms are clean, hence the two stars. But even in the 6th floor they remain noisy, due to bad location - traffic wise, and they are outdated without enough daylight. Furthermore, due to early leaving in urgency (medical reasons) my stay was shortened with 1 day. The hotel granted me a refund which was perfect (again good service.) But now, a month later, I am still waiting for it… This hotel takes down the Marriott standards. Rooms: Outdated, dark, prison like as many described, but clean! Horeca: Great restaurants! Good service in restaurants. Additional details: office services and finalizations of business matters are poor and below any standards I ever experienced. If you are in the unlikely situation of needing extra assistance and get into an unfortunate position to receive additional help, in this case a refund for one day which was granted, you cannot count on thus Marriott. .

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are helpful. But there were small ******* that are unnecessary and really shouldn’t happen at a luxury hotel. My mobile phone couldn’t connect to the WiFi. The usual “room number and surname” led to an error, so I had to get a special 10 digit access code in reception. Weird. But the strangest thing was that the aircon was off and the control pad inactive. I had to call housekeeping and they activated it remotely. I had two back-to-back bookings, and at the start of my second “stay” the aircon was deactivated again, and I had to call housekeeping again to get it working. So it is an intentional setup. Very strange and not what I expect from a top hotel brand. Thirdly I couldn’t leave a credit card to cover incidentals. I had to pay a deposit on my room and then get a refund for the unused balance at check out. The gym is small. The pool and sun deck is beautiful. Would I stay again? Probably not, there are great hotels in Riyadh.

Excellent Housekeeping service.❤️❤️❤️ This is my first time visit in Riyadh and l'm very happy to stay with Rosh Rayhaan Hotel in Riyadh. There's room was clean floor supervisor mr. Saifull was excellent specially Housekeeping service very fast and there's one of the man Mr. joynal and Redoy they’re very good parson. They always respect me. I'm very glad. They make my day was wonderful.❤️❤️❤️ thanks❤️❤️ for everything. I'm sure I will come back again. Love you Management system.

Best 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The amazing team and business+leisure location - all time favourite in Riyadh. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the food is truly sumptuous. You can be sure to see some genuine smile at people at the this place who truly care for you to be best!

The Narcisus Hotel in Riyadh exceeded expectations! Fantastic food, plush beds, and luxurious amenities. The spa was divine, despite separate access for women and men-only pools due to cultural norms. Breakfasts were delightful. However, the conference faced minor disruptions due to electricity issues.

The hotel facilities here are good, but the service is absolutely terrible and wholly unbecoming of the Mandarin Oriental band (I have stayed in about 10 of their hotels globally and so am familiar with the usually excellent Mandarin Oriental service. We booked the room from Friday to Sunday and informed the hotel we would not be arriving until early Saturday morning, and had booked the Friday so as to have access to the room immediately. To ensure we arrived at the hotel quickly after an overnight flight, we also booked - at considerable expense - an airport fast-track arrivals service (Al Tanfeethi) combined with a hotel car to meet us there. The car didn't show up. The driver was no-where to be found - after considerable searching by us and the airport staff. We called the hotel and were told it was still 30min away. We got an uber instead at our own expense. On arrival we were told that we would not be charged for the Al Tanfeethi and the hotel car, given that our arrival had been delayed by the no-show of the driver. On depature, we had to wait almost 30min to check out, risking missing our flight, due to understaffing at the front desk. I then signed a bill which had the room charges on, all good so far. Then after having asked several times for an email receipt, several days later after multiple chasers we were sent a bill that had a NO-SHOW penalty for the Friday night (despite us having explained that we would not be arriving until Saturday morning) as well as reinstating the charges for the Al Tanfeethi lounge and hotel car. The conceirge now stated - wholly untruthfully - that the driver was there and that we ordered a second car too. This is completely false and the have now started to invent up fake facts in order to avoid refunding. Further, and fundamentally, these charges were not on the bill I signed . The emails from the concierge are rude and unapologetic - wholly outrageous in any situation, let alone from a brand such as the Mandarin. A disgrace to the Mandarin brand.

The hotel is located at the junction of two important highways in the city making it a great place to stay for a business trip. Although the exterior of the hotel is a bit dated, the rooms, lobby and restaurants are modern. Executive floor provides snacks and refreshments in the lounge which is great for quick bites. The hotel restaurants are good dining option and serve good breakfast. Staff is friendly and service is good. Overall a great location for a business trip.

It definitely exceeded my expectations, this hotel is amazing I couldn’t find a flaw. From the staff to the rooms, it’s not just a regular stay, it’s an experience. I love it and will come back for sure
