This apartment hotel is a mixed bag. Firstly the apartment rooms are a good size and it was nice to have a bath and good storage. The kitchen is decent and reasonably well equipped. Decor is nice enough overall. Location ok. The hotel now feels older and some areas need work. The breakfast was lacking, it was odd the buffet offered no yoghurt or muesli. The pool is also getting rundown. The TVs and internet connection in the rooms needs better attention, ours didn’t work at times. We have stayed at other Riyadh hotels and not had these issues with the internet or TV connectivity. Staff were obliging. Our overall impression was there needs to be some new investment and an attention to detail.

I have stayed multiple times at mansard during my business trips in riyadh, i can say im very very satisfied for multiple reasons 1. The staff are friendly and helpful. 2. The room experience is great, i would suggest not having different sources of lighting that u need to separately turn off, maybe only rely on the lights that u can turn off with the switch located next to the bed 3. The water pressure and temperature are great, wish there was a bath tub 4. The hotel offers alot of facilities like the complementary executive lounge which is quite and great for reading a book and having a light bite 5. The complementary products in the bathroom are better than most hotels, which is nice 6. The person working on the reception was very thoughtful, he knew i needed an extra quite room so he considered that and didnt give me one that’s on the main street side 7. They can pack your breakfast to go, my most favorite thing because im always running late to work, and i love their food and coffee 8.the tv can screen mirror with an iphone, I’ve stayed at hotels that didnt have that i actually think only mansard has this , huge perk 9. The gym opens 24/7 , only downside is that its mixed 10. The location is 10/10 Overall i think mansard is the best hotel I’ve stayed in while visiting Riyadh although im very picky, the experience is well designed and thought of

: location, breakfast, parking, lobby, and staff. : outdated room, not enough amenities and towels. I will back again to this property if I were in Riyadh especially for business activities, as indicated above, the location is in the heart of the business district of Riyadh where easy to transfer from on place to another in few minutes. The locations serves Uroba, Olaya, Takhassusi.

Positives: Designs and decoration. Location (easy to get there and nearby services). Helpful friendly staff. Easy quick checking-in and out. Kitchen equipments. Housekeeping and cleanness. Kids playground. Clean comfortable stairs for physical activity instead using the elevators. Areas of Improvement: Overpriced. Construction 🚧 errors in the bathroom. Kitchen and minibar. Limited crowded car parking. Swimming pool need more security and safety for kids.

This place is disgusting! false advertisement. Unsanitary, and super dirty, it looks like it hasn't been cleaned for years. Do not waste your money, I booked for 3 nights and couldn't even stay here, and the hotel didn't want to refund my money, so I will make sure that NOBODY stays here.. DO NOT STAY HERE

The only good thing about the hotel is the mattress and the pillow. Rest is all horrible. I visited this hotel during covid and was way better than now. Imagine they have spoiled juices in the breakfast its fermented because the chef doesnt even know that using defrosted fruits is like meat it will spoil right after because its not pasteurized. The whole food selection was horrible. Ban marie was off all hot food is cold. A customer saw me talking to the waiter he told me plz tell the reception its been 2 days and were telling them about the juice. It seems the chef even didnt defrost it today.. Can you imagine they are charging 700 sar almost 200$ per night and they are hesitant to put coffee in rooms. They only put milk capsules but not coffee… and only 2x330ml water. My 2 years old son drinks more than that…. The hotel is not even clean. I checked in the toilet supposed to be sanitized on arrival as per the label but they just keep the label there and do not clear neither sanitize. Reception speaks to guests while looking at their phone. This is an unknown hospitality value only found in 1 stars motels. Last thing dont fall for the balcony they are bragging about. U cant see anything but bricks from there. My last visit

MMariaCWe had a very comfortable stay at this hotel.
We do speak a bit of mandarin which made things easier yet the couple who owns this place speak some English. They were very kind and helpful and picked us up from the other hotel we we’re staying at (I usually like to experience different hotels in a place to give us a richer experience of the place we are visiting. The other hotel was also 4 times the price).
The couple has 3 home stays in total and they took us to the 3 of them so we could decide which one we wanted to stay at. We decided to stay at the one in the Kingdom center area, I think it was a great choice as the closing is great.
This b&b is great for the price. The room price was better booking through English app Trip I have than the Chinese Ctrip the owner checked from her phone. I use Trip for everything btw. It is so easy to use.
The wife who is the host offered us fruit, milk and water upon arrival and let us stay in the living room relaxing and chatting to them until we were ready to go to our rooms. The place has a friendly feeling to it as other guests and friends (all Chinese) gathered in the living room to chat. There is a lovely and playful cat with which my son was playing.
They accommodated to our eating times unlike other hotels where breakfast closes at 10:30am. They have a chef who is very friendly and cooks nice home made meals daily.
The room we had was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The one we stayed is a big house with a few rooms, we had a room with 2 single beds.
They offer shampoo and body gel in the showers. Other toiletries were not in the bathroom but I think they might have been upon request (I am guessing as the wife was super helpful and attentive) and if not, you could buy them in the shops nearby. We brought our own.
There is a maid who helps clean daily. I honestly think she could do a better job as the floor was quite dusty, the sink had some toothbrushing stains, the bathroom run out of tissue paper quickly so I had to get one from another room, and I had to ask the owner for towels which she quickly asked the maid to get us and she did so quickly. I also saw the owner (wife) was very much on top of things and asking the maid her to check things daily, put tissue on the table, etc so I think the maid just lacked some proactivity but I could see that the owner really tried to make it clean and comfortable.
I also liked how other empty rooms were open so I could see them and get tissue paper there, it felt like we were trusted. I had a key to our room and the main door during our stay.
There is a washing machine the owner said we could use so I am sure we could have asked for our clothes to get washed. We didn’t as we only stayed 1 night as we stayed with friends the rest of our stay.

They recognized my Titanium status and graciously upgraded me to a superior room, enhancing my overall experience. The personalized butler service was a highlight of my stay. My assigned butler, Valentine, went above and beyond to cater to my preferences. When I mentioned my favorite hot beverage, which wasn't typically available on the hotel menu, Valentine creatively found a way to prepare it for me, showcasing his dedication to an exceptional guest experience! Throughout my stay, I was impressed by the consistently friendly and attentive staff. Saeed from Mombasa, Kenya, and Mike were particularly noteworthy in their excellent service, along with many other staff members who contributed to the pleasant atmosphere. The St. Regis Riyadh has certainly set a high standard for luxury hospitality. Their attention to detail, personalized service, and commitment to guest satisfaction made for a truly memorable stay. I'm grateful for the wonderful experience and look forward to future visits.

The Hotel is perfectly suited in a central area of Olaya where you can reach to nearby places quickly. I would like to thank all staff in the restaurant, all the team who made sure that our dinner is well arrange.

AArturNot a first time stay in this hotel. Previous stay was good. But the last stay was horrible. The hotel is under maintenance and there is no any information about it when you book the hotel. I came for check in at 10pm and receptionist informed me that it might be noise up to midnight due to maintenance. Why they don’t inform when you book the hotel. Guests should know this «peculiarity» before arrival in advance, not after.
I can accept that it might need to do maintenance. But why at night?! they were using heavy equipment for hummer drilling, hummering etc. even after complain to receptionist they continuously were hummering up to 12:30 am. It was horrible.
I supposed to take a rest after 6 hours driving, but due to this noise I could even sleep after midnight…
I’m fully disappointed with service and care of guest..
Even now after 2 days of my stay there is no any notification that the hotel is under maintenance. It is not fair for guest who is searching for rest..
And one more additional info. Next to the hotel building the new building civil works is ongoing and they also work with heavy duty equipment till midnight.
If you search the place for rest better to look for the alternative one.

Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)

PPengguna TetamuThe first room I got smelled of cigarette smoke, though it was a non-smoking room. I got another room - same thing, but not quite as bad as the first one. Probably comes through the A/C vents. I stayed in the second room because it was late and I was tired. Also the shower drained really slowly. Bed was ok, maybe a little too hard for my liking. Construction work outside so it’s a bit noisy, but wasn’t an issue for me as I slept with ear plugs. Breakfast was good and there was lots to choose from. But the tables were too high for the chairs and eating was really awkward even for a 170 cm tall person.

PPengguna TetamuI usually try to find something positive to say about a place, but with this hotel it is almost impossible. If there was something good to say I think that going out of business would be the kindest thing. Everything is below any standard, but especially the service level of this hotel deserves the mention of being just horrible. Some daily picks: sound insulation is not available, non-smoking rooms are smelling of tobacco, A/C is making the loudest possible noise and the bedbugs are making attacks. Then you try to change rooms and the personnel inform that they will transfer the luggage to another room during a days absence and you arrive late in the evening just to notice that nothing has happened… On top of that when you get out of the shower naked a guy steps in with his luggage saying that he has a reservation for the same room.
